Great stay!
Pros:

Location, rooms, great views, comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast

Cons:

Toilets were a bit uncomfortable - ceiling is smaller and mirror was really low- couldn’t see myself in the mirror and I’m average tall 😅
Breakfast was too late and served too slow, which made us lose quite some time in the mornings

Perfect retreat for a couple
Pros:

The property itself is an experience really. With the amount of activities in Santorini makes this a must stay for 4 - 5 nights really. Loved the hospitality and the location. Missing it already.

Établissement catastrophique, l’emplacement, c’est une vraie galère aucun accès en quad ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos car en réalité ce n’est pas du tout la même chose on s’est fait arnaquer clairement. Tout été salle même le jacuzzi même pas bien nettoyer déçu . Je souhaiterais un remboursement. Au moin un partie. Mais on en a eu aucun. C’est honteux clairement. Publicité mensongère

Magnificent view
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in Santorini very close to the cable car.The Assistant Manager was wonderful always available to answer any questions we had. The room was clean and had everything we needed.The view was magnificent .We watched the sunset from the lille pool that was a hit for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

La vista dalla suite è semplicemente spettacolare e rappresenta sicuramente il vero punto di forza della struttura. Il panorama su Santorini è meraviglioso e, almeno sotto questo aspetto, rende speciale il soggiorno. Caterina, la proprietaria, è inoltre una persona simpatica, cordiale e disponibile, molto entusiasta dell’isola e pronta a dare consigli e informazioni.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia della suite è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. Ho trovato peli e capelli sotto il letto, pavimenti sporchi e molta polvere sui battiscopa e sotto i mobili. La cosa più spiacevole è stata trovare al mio arrivo la tazza del WC sporca di urina, problema che ho dovuto segnalare affinché venisse sistemato.

Anche la colazione mi ha deluso: scelta molto limitata e, a mio parere, non all’altezza del livello e del prezzo della struttura. Gli spazi in cui viene servita, così come alcune parti della struttura, mi sono sembrati piuttosto datati e poco curati. Inoltre, la reception era spesso vuota, anche se i proprietari erano generalmente reperibili presso il bar/ristorante di fronte.

Nel complesso, credo che una suite di questa fascia di prezzo dovrebbe garantire standard di pulizia, cura dei dettagli e servizi decisamente superiori.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück wurde in kleinen Abständen direkt vom Hausherren serviert. Er fragte nach, was man wünschte und das passte auch von der Größe der Portion. Die Lage war sehr toll und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Aktivitäten.
