Highly recommended - rightly called the best hotel in Pakistan!
Pros:

Everything - the lobby area, the room (including private balcony with stunning views views), the gym/spa (incl. the most beautiful heated pool I've ever swam in), and of course, the restaurant with a great blend of local and int'l dishes. And oh, the service - top notch in every department,

Cons:

Only one minor issue - the room key would get deactivated if you stepped out of the hotel without leaving the key at the lobby and informing them.

Really enjoyed it. Great hotel and great people running the show
Pros:

Beautiful hotel altogether, great location, great pool and gym facilities, game room, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, everything was available. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, just like any other Serena hotel

Cons:

One of the restaurants was closed while we were visiting, they had pizza on the menu which we wanted to indulge in, however they said they can not make it for us and serve it in the restaurant we were eating at

Good stay definitely recommend
Pros:

The property is a great location, the views are amazing from the balcony, the hotel facilities are top standard.

The breakfast could have had salads and alittle variety for gluten free options.

清潔でベッドも快適でした。親切なスタッフが殆どでした。

Cons:

3泊予約している2泊目の夕方にRimaというレセプションの女性に部屋の移動をしろと言われました。
命令するような口調で何時までに部屋の荷物をまとめろと言われました。ホテルの都合で何かのメンテナンスが必要だということでしたが、依頼の仕方が不愉快でした。他のスタッフは皆にこやかで親切でしたが、彼女だけいつも笑顔もなく高圧的でした。宿泊中の部屋の移動は通常有り得ないことです。
また連日夜遅くまで町でにぎやかな太鼓のような音が鳴り響いていました。初日は遅くまで部屋の前の廊下で騒いでいる人がいました。廊下や隣の部屋との防音はあまり良くありません。

施設はとても清潔で過ごしやすかった。食事も美味しかった。

Cons:

突然、部屋の移動を強いられた。移動先はベストな部屋だと聞いていたが移動前の部屋の方が良かった。またwifiが繋がりにくい。

This is the best Serena Hotel in Pakistan. Highly recommend it. Location is excellent. Close to bazaars and the forts.
