Pros:

The place was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast that was included was decent as well and they went above to accommodate me as I had to check in at around 1 am

Cons:

I had a lot of luggage and the staff didn't move an inch to help me but that would be my only complaint, the hotel is in a funny area but once you get through the gate you do feel safe

Pros:

Very good hotel. Nothing I can claim.

Cons:

One of the most dangerous district for white people.
On the Internet we read a lot of warnings. Nothing of them came true (lucky we) but we believe all may be true.

Cons:

There are lots of mosquitos at night even at the high floors. I lived at the 9th floor. I asked the reception guy about some repellent multiple times and they refused every time. They directed me to turn off the window and turn on the AC, which never worked.
In the room, there is a scary information banner that they penalize guests with thousands of shillings for every single stain on the bedclothes.

Nada, solo dicen que es bueno.

Cons:

La zona lo destruye todo. No sirve de nada si eres extranjero y vas por primera vez! Llegué a las 7 pm y sentí más inseguridad que en mi país! No lo recomiendo en absoluto para ir por primera vez. A menos que nunca salgas del hotel y no te importe como es la zona afuera.
