it was alright, did the job, not too bad price for location
rooms were dated and window didnt open, fan didnt have a shield on it, fridge was manky but didnt use it so didnt bother us

Honestly nothing - I was shocked at the fact it has a star rating !
I could have dealt with the poor exterior if the rooms were free of dust and clean! But unfortunately I could physically see dust underneath the beds. They had turned on an extremely dusty fan, so it was just spinning dust all over the beds sheets! There were dead green bugs on the sheets. Towels were dirty! No shower curtain in my bathroom so water literally went everywhere!
Beds not really comfortable- It was a nightmare!
Unfortunately worst hotel experience of my life! I hope the basic cleaning is really taken seriously as my friends also stayed in this hotel and had allergic reactions over night which meant we had to check out a day early! I was lucky we managed to sort accommodation for the second night as I would have to resort to sleeping in the car for final night!

Cheap in price
I waited for almost 30 minutes because there was no one at reception. There was a contact number provided, but I called it several times and no one answered. When the receptionist finally arrived, he simply asked if I was checking in without even apologizing for the wait.
The room was dirty, the shower only had one door, and the fan was absolutely disgusting.

Didn't like anything. Couldn't find another place last minute. Pictures are not what it's like. Dirty. Old. Afraid I was going to fall thru the floor.

Rude & abusive staff
On the second floor, nice view of trees and the room was clean.
Staff absent, nobody opens doors when you check in, a rude guy slammed doors and shouted when I knocked entrance door, shower did not work, fridge did not work, extremely hot, loudness at night, no fan, a bad experience overall.
We had very bad experience in this hotel, poor service, and we are not satisfied in the room...thats why we check out early we are not comfortable, luck of facilities inside the room
Please provide complete material things in every room and clean the room properly
Only the location
The property was dirty, rusty, dusty and mouldy. Horrible inside and out, so much so, I cried most of the night and left first thing in the morning.
It was a 5-10 minute walk to the tube

Bathroom needs updating. Rusty radiator, tiles terrible, bath haven't been cleaned, there were hair in it.
Kettle was in the room, but no cup, no coffee, tea..etc.
