Slechte ervaring.
Cons:

Ons verblijf voldeed helaas niet aan de verwachtingen. Vooraf hadden we gevraagd of er directe toegang tot het gebouw was via de parking, omdat we beiden moeilijk te been zijn. We kregen daarop een negatief antwoord, waardoor we met al onze bagage via de straat naar de ingang moesten lopen. De ingang ligt bovendien in een winkelstraat, waardoor je niet kunt stoppen om uit te laden. De gereserveerde parking ligt in een achterliggende straat, met slechts drie plaatsen, niet afgesloten en naast vuilcontainers.

De studio was niet conform de foto’s: het uitzicht was geen straat met bomen, maar een plat dak waar kinderen speelden, wat lawaai gaf. Binnen was het zeer warm, zonder airco of ventilator. Het bed was uitstekend, maar de stoelen en de lage zetel waren voor ons niet bruikbaar. Bij aankomst stond de vaatwasser nog vol.

De keukenuitrusting was beperkt: geen keukenhanddoek, slechts één pan en één potje, geen afzuigkap, lege peper- en zoutvatjes en geen wijnglazen. Wel aanwezig: water, koffiecups, thee en basisafwasproducten.

Daarnaast was er geluidsoverlast van de kerkklokken vlakbij, elk half uur en uur, en zeer luid om 10u (op vrijdag al om 7u). De lift werkte niet, wat voor ons erg zwaar was. De gang naar onze deur had geen verlichting en de voordeur van het gebouw leek altijd open te staan.

Wij boeken vaak appartementen in Duitsland, maar dit verblijf was voor ons helaas geen goede ervaring.

Wir buchen wieder ein zzzpace smart!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war toll! Die Lage mitten in der City - bestens! Mit viel Platz, kostenlosem Wasser, kleiner süssen Überraschung und einer angemessenen Küche. Da wir von Sonntag auf Pfingstmontag dort übernachtet hatten und es also am Montag Feiertag war, war es auch lange schön ruhig. Ich denke, sonst ist es in der Woche mitten in der Fussgängerzone nicht so ruhig.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns der Parkplatz, der war sehr dreckig/unsauber (z. B. Hundekot). Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Haustür nicht verschlossen war - auch nicht nachts. Auch das Treppenhaus (im Bereich der Aufzüge) war sehr unordentlich, da sich die Dreckwäsche dort in Plastiktüten gestapelt hatte. Deswegen ging wohl auch der Aufzug nicht.

Die zentrale Lage, günstige Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Der Hoteleingang schaut nicht gepflegt aus und man hat den Eindruck, dass man den Lieferanten Eingang benutzen soll. Die Schmutz -Wäschewagen (2) stehen direkt im Eingangsbereich.

Pros:

Wir hatten die Unterkunft zwei Wochen zuvor gemietet …da war alles perfekt ! In diesem Hotelzimmer fehlte der zweite Sessel es gab keine Steckdosen ( gefährlich)!
Das Bad war nicht sauber und der Boden im ganzen Zimmer war wirklich dreckig ! Wir sind nicht pingelig aber das ging überhaupt nicht !
