Location is exceptional. Its proximity to the old town allows for quick access to restaurants and attractions whilst the natural surroundings provide a contrasting peaceful atmosphere

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Reu Boutique Hotel! . Das Personal war vom ersten Moment an extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen.
​Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet und boten eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage ist ideal, um Hội An zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lovely Relaxing Hotel not far from central Hoi An
Pros:

Amazing architecture. Wonderful breakfast overlooking the pool and ricefields, loved the changing daily selection of noodle and the high quality of the food even for lunch and dinner, great affordable food. Free bicycles to explore.

Cons:

Spa seemed to be understaffed, not very responsive and hard to communicate with them. hence had to abandon my plan to get a treatment there on my day of arrival and went somewhere else instead. Hotel could be more generous with drinking water. Gym was not inviting, enclosed and stuffy with no view.

Fabulous staff, vibe and location, but terrible rooms.
Pros:

The location is great if you need a bit of peace. Close enough for transport in to the chaos of old town, but removed and quiet.
The staff are so friendly and warm and always happy to listen and help. Very accommodating.
The breakfast is really good. A very cute set up and beautiful juices, fresh food, and hot choices. Great coffee, and my coffee order was remembered every morning.
The Flinstones vibe is pretty cool
In the bar and restaurant.
The pool lounges are a really nice place to be. Plenty of umbrella shade and overlooking the rice paddies. The pool bar is great too. Drinks and food all day.
We used the bikes a couple of times which was good.
Pillow menu was appreciated.

Cons:

The high score of this place completely baffles me purely because of the rooms. We had the ‘penthouse suite’. It is 2 bedrooms either side of a central living area. This central living area is unable to be used as it doesn’t have air con and is stifling hot. Half the space is taken with a gigantic bath and the only furniture in the whole apartment is some hard wooden dining chairs. No couch, no armchairs. So this left us sitting on our beds in our 2 separated rooms, which isn’t good for family interaction !

The bedroom air con struggled, and they had to bring fans.
The towels are like rags. Thin and old and have threads hanging off all over them. No place being in a hotel.
The bathroom gardens may have been sweet, were they not half dead and just kind of gross.
We had ants.
There’s a coffee machine with no coffee cups or milk.
The spa did the worst manicures and pedicures. They did refund one of them.

If this place was cheap, I’d understand, and may be more accepting, but It’s the most we paid in Vietnam at $550 a night, and by far the worst room.

This hotel is the most beautiful one we have found in Vietnam, but what makes it so special is the people working there who are so lovely.
