No tengo nada que decir
Me gustó la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y la ubicación del hotel es excelente.
La habitación que elegimos fue una suit con balcón y era preciosa. Las vistas increíbles y la luz muy bonita. La ubicación perfecta, pues está pegado a la catedral de Cuenca.
También nos guardaron las maletas tanto en la llegada como en la vuelta para poder disfrutar de la ciudad más cómodamente.
La cama era un poco pequeña para ser de matrimonio (para nuestro gusto, claro) y si tienes el sueño ligero no te recomiendo que cojas este tipo de habitación, el ruido de la calle se escuchaba perfectamente desde la cama, pues las ventanas son antiguas (muy bonitas, pero antiguas) y no aíslan nada.
Por otro lado, utilizamos su servicio de lavandería y la ropa blanca se nos estropeó toda. No sé si fue un problema puntual y nos tocó a nosotros o si es siempre así.
Excelente ubicación y los empleados muy atentos
El servicio del parking muy molesto, calle con mucho tráfico y hay que estar avisando para el valet parking, lo cual demora casi siempre, auqnue los empleados hacen un gran esfuerzo por ser rápidos, pero son los mismos que atienden en el hotel. Se desconoce dónde parquean su auto, demora hasta casi 10 minutos en ocasiones en traerlo. Pero lo peor es que para bajarse o montarse, hay que obstruir el tráfico y hacerlo corriendo. El hotel no tiene ascensor y las escaleras son molestas, tener en cuenta cuando vayan con un adulto mayor o persona discapacitada. Desayuno muy básico para el precio del hospedaje.

The location is great, the hotel staff is very friendly.
If you want to sleep past 06:30, I recommend staying somewhere else. The church bells are very loud here and the windows/balcony doors are not sealed shut so noise easily enters the room.
