Very good staff and manager, flexible with service provision.
Don't book this hotel through booking.com, it's charging more than required. I never suggest booking.com for booking hotels. It's not that worth. Instead, search various websites for booking and compare. The room worth is around 1500/- but charged too much on booking.com.
The rooms are neat, 24hr water facility, hot water also available. Clean bathroom.
The stay is usually shared among different parties..airbnb model. One apartment converted into hotel. Each floor has two portions; we stayed in 2BHK portion in which we were given one bedroom.
The hotel doesn't provide lunch and dinner. We can order online.

Staff should mention the facilities available or those that can be provided.
For example if cold water is available, staff should confirm with guest if they want cold water tor normal b3fore handing over and not after.

La chambre était petite.
Le petit déjeuner était limité le pain n’était pas grillé et restait dans son paquet, ce qui n’était pas très appétissant.

Wasn't expecting such great hospitality from the hotel staffs & they made sure that I am comfortable. Highly recommend it to my friends.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, noblen Wohngegend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und die Betten fühlen sich wie daheim an. Beim Frühstück wurde auf Wünsche eingegangen. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr heimlich in der NJ Residency. Sollten wir jemals wieder nach Chennai kommen, so werden wir wieder dort buchen.
Dass für das Abstellen unseres Gepäcks vor dem Check in Geld verlangt wurde. Das fand ich etwas kleinlich. In der Küche würde ich mir Besteck für jede Person wünschen.
