El hotel está bien ubicado. Tiene un jardín muy bonito y una distribución poco convencional. La comida, del restaurante Jardín, exquisita.
Creo que las habitaciones podrían tener mayor privacidad.

El anuncio es un engaño: te hacen creer que es un sitio como en el campo ("country"club) y en medio de un jardin. En verdad es todo el contrario. Se ubica en el centro, es un estacionamiento de autos en medio con cabañas alrededor, adosadas a edificios altos y horribles de ladrillos, calamina, una torre de telecom... El servicio es muy pobre y poco amable, la demora para la comida tanto desayuno como almuerzo y cena es demasiado, organizan eventos a los que dan prioridad, autos salen con claxon a las 5 a.m. porque están en medio del "hotel". Cobran desayuno extra por un bebe pero no descuentan el costo de desayuno por una habitación matrimonial ocupada solo por una persona... La limpieza se hace muy tarde.

La tv deve ser mas grande, mejorar y actualizar artículos de la habitación como la madera
El trato, el servicio al cliente fue excelente
La ubicación y la decoración de todo está muy bien, las plantas flores el ambiente , muy bien.
La cama cómoda , la TV S-Mart muy bien y el espacio para colgar la ropa también.
La limpieza del baño no fue la mejor, si bien estaba limpio se notaban ciertos cabellos de supongo otros huéspedes , nada grave pero algo a mejorar.
Buena ubicación
El baño no estaba limpio, encontré restos de cabello de algún huésped anterior. Deberían proporcionar una toalla para el piso en lugar de una alfombra que acumula bacterias. Se escucha todo entre cuartos, parece que tienes a la persona a la par de ti. Por el precio (elevado para Moyobamba) esperaba una mejor estadía.
Muy cómodo, céntrico e ideal para el clima de la zona
Su restaurante y áreas verdes. Al salir me entregaron un dispositivo que olvidé, y eso habla mucho de su muy buena atención.

We had been given room nr1 which is the first one near the entrance and the street, so noisy. The room was much darker than in the pictures, as the only point of light is the window looking at the garden you have to keep it close for privacy as being the first room anyone pass from there. Furniture were old and our bedsheets and towels were dirty with dark staines so we had to ask to be changed (staff was friendly and polite). Maybe ask for a room at the back for a better experience.

Me gustó la atención el personal maravilloso,las instalaciones insuperables, encuentras tranquilidad y naturaleza por su hermoso jardín todo a metros de la Plaza de Armas de Moyobamba 😍
Un poco raro el aromatizante de café se sentía un aroma ácido 😅
