Pros:

Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Nahe sowohl am Euskotren Bahnhof als auch am Renfe/Feve-Bahnhof. Das ist praktisch wenn man mit dem Zug anreist und dem Klima zuliebe auf das Flugzeug verzichtet.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich gerne wieder.

Cons:

Ich mag ringhörige Toiletten nicht so wenn man als Paar unterwegs ist.

Establecimiento en pleno centro ideal para pasar el fin de semana.

Cons:

Me llamó la atención que el hall estaba lleno de estudiantes y gente trabajando. No molestaban, todo bien pero ocupaban hasta un mini sofá y no había sitio para los huéspedes.

Good location and clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and great check-in

Cons:

No breakfast and only two small bottles of water provided in the room over 4 nights we stayed. When we asked for more water, we were told there would be a charge, even though we had seen reception provided water to other guests who asked for it.

Pros:

Location is in the old town so plenty of cafes. That being said, you can hear the noise outside. The room itself is big

Cons:

There was a piece of contact lens on the side table upon checkin which wasn't a great start. That doesn't really give confidence about the cleanliness of the room. You can also hear the pipes so if you are a light sleeper, you may be woken up a few times.

Super stevig bed. Zeer ruime kamer (401), met airco erg fijn bij 36 graden. Perfecte locatie midden in de oude stad. Parkeergarage (Indigo Arenal) met korting op 2 minuten lopen. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. (24/7).

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, een scheer/makeup spiegel zou het een 11 maken.

Great location, clean, comfortable and great staff.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was also a nice coffee shop in the lobby. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend if perfumy smells and the bathroom privacy aren't a big deal to you.

Cons:

The smell of the lobby and the products used in the room/bathroom are very strong and not neutral at all. If you are someone sensitive to perfumy smells I would probably avoid. The bathroom also offers little privacy, so if you aren't a couple or are but like your bathroom privacy, this is also maybe not for you.

Glassed toilet and shower in the mid of the room. The door can’t be closed. You need to do toileting in this condition. It is okay only if you are solo traveler.

An affordable and simple option for a short stay in the old town in Bilbao.
Pros:

Simple hotel in a good location in the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and great shower. Very clean. Quiet at night, but close to good restaurants, old bakery and nice shops.

Cons:

No breakfast available as the hotel does not have a restaurant. Room was quite dark, and shower and toilet are in the bedroom (in a perspex box). The lobby doubles as a workspace for students, and it can be quite crowded (although it is handy if you need WiFi and plug points to do some work). There is a small coffee shop in the lobby area (coffee, water, juices, croissants) but you really have to go outside for a proper breakfast/other meal. The balcony does not get sunlight as it is in a narrow (and sometimes quite noisy street).
