Good stay right in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

Room was good. Lighting next to bed not strong enough to read a book. Also not keen on toilet in bedroom with no extraction !!! Seeing and hearing your partner on the toilet is not good to be honest. Air con good but not cool enough

Cons:

Did not like toilet and shower in the same bedroom. No privacy
Odd downstairs in the foyer with lots of students sitting using the space as a a coffee shop . No lounge for guests to use and get a drink and relax

Geweldig!
Pros:

Fijn hotel en centraal gelegen in het oude centrum met de bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Metrostation op een paar minuten loopafstand.

Cons:

Er waren geen minpunten maar een koelkastje op de kamer zou handig zijn. De kamer was er ruim genoeg voor.

Quiet but dark rooms in the Casco Viejo
Pros:

Well located and QUIET.

Cons:

Rooms have no external windows (only a sky light). VERY DARK rooms with poor lighting.

Toilet and shower are next to the bed with little privacy if sharing a room.

Hotel has no private lobby ... the reception is inside a third party business.

Top location in old town!!
Pros:

Awesome friendly staff and in a great location!! Comfy bed and great cafe on ground floor!! Good shower but yes - unusual set up with glass door and screen in toilet/shower. Very spacious room with tea/coffee setup! Bit of a quirky style and we enjoyed our stay!! Clean and comfortable!! Highly recommended!!

If back in Bilbao will definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location in the old town was perfect. Everything was in walking distance including the bus station.

Cons:

All was good except we had an issue with the sheets. The staff sorted it out promptly. We were happy with the service.

Sehr schönes Stadthotel, sehr zentral, schönes Interior und großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Kein Frühstück, parken für 20 Eur am Tag im Parkhaus ca. 700 m entfernt.
