Nos encantó el hotel, excelente ubicación.
Pros:

El alojamiento es moderno, renovado, muy limpio y bien ubicado. La habitación es muy cómoda, no muy grande pero justo lo necesario.

Cons:

La única pega que le podemos poner es que se escuchaba demasiado a los huéspedes de la habitación contigua, se oían sus conversaciones como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was lovely! Especially Maria was so helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Would stay here again if I ever came back to Bilbao!

although well designed to separate bathroom from main space in the room, under shortage of space preasure, however, more solid separation would be nice. but it’s a minor issue, really

Sehr gut, nur das das Bad praktisch Teil des Zimmers ist, war nicht offensichtlich bei der Buchung. Und das Abflussrohr ging durch die Wand des Zimmers, wodurch man jeden Toilettengang von anderen Gästen mitbekam.

Pros:

Nice design, cleanliness, good beds and great location.

Cons:

The frosted transparent bathrooms. The shower I could probably live with, but making a ‘big toilet visit’ behind frosted single glass window in front of your partner … no thanks.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Casco Viejo w Bilbao.
Pros:

Świetne położenie hotelu, na Starym Mieście (Casco Viejo). W pobliżu mnóstwo knajpek, sklepów i atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo łatwo wszędzie dotrzeć, z hotelu blisko do przystanków autobusowych, tramwajowych, stacji metra i kolejowej. Obsługa dobra, pokój czysty, stosunkowo duży. Łóżko dość wygodne dla dwóch osób, prysznic i ubikacja w pokoju, za matową szybą, obok umywalka i lustro. Klimatyzacja dobrze działała. Przy zakwaterowaniu dostaliśmy dwie małe wody, przy wymeldowaniu dostaliśmy bon na 2 razy 5,5 euro na kawę i ciastko w kawiarni obok. Wifi w naszych urządzeniach działało dobrze.

Słabe oświetlenie w pokoju, ciężko było czytać książkę. Brak lodówki. Nie było możliwości zjedzenia śniadania bezpośrednio w hotelu. Był czajnik, herbata i kawa rozpuszczalna, ale nie codziennie. Telewizor miał co prawda funkcję smart tv, ale słaby sygnał wifi w telewizorze uniemożliwiał oglądanie Netflixa lub Youtube.

Geen privacy door de glazen badkamer.
Pros:

Geweldige locatie in het centrum. Alles ligt op loopafstand: supermarkten, metro, bushaltes en vele restaurants en cafés. Ik begrijp goed waarom dit hotel zulke goede beoordelingen krijgt; de locatie is echt een groot pluspunt.

Het personeel was vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel. Het enige minpunt aan de kamer was de erg donkere verlichting.

Cons:

Het grootste nadeel vonden wij echter de badkamer. De glazen wand en deur waren volledig transparant, waardoor er vrijwel geen privacy was. Voor een tweepersoonskamer vonden wij dit echt niet prettig. Als het hotel dit zou aanpassen, zou het verblijf nog veel beter zijn.
