Amazing view and cozy hotel
Pros:

Spacious room, amazing view! The receptionist (Indonesian lady in hijab) is very kind and accomodating to us. The hotel is really great, hopefully we will be back in winter!

Cons:

Perhaps like what everyone has mentioned.. the lift could be a long wait if there are many people.

子供にも優しく、また宿泊したいです。
Pros:

新しく綺麗、スタッフの方がとても親切で色々とお世話になりました。忘れ物の対応していただき本当にありがとうございました。

Cons:

場所によって苦手な香りがあった。
周辺では工事などしていて
窓からの景色が少し殺風景だったので素人考えですが
花壇など見えたら良いなと思いました。

エントランスから非常に良い香りに包まれ、落ち着いた雰囲気を体験できます。聞いたところ、調香師の方にホテルの雰囲気に合った香りを作ってもらうよう、依頼されているとのこと。細部へのこだわりが感じられました。また、スタッフの方々にも非常に丁寧にご対応いただき、素晴らしい滞在となりました。

New with amazing views
Pros:

New, spacious with fascinating views of Yotei. Lounge access was worth the cost with minimum people and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the in-room onsen bath as well.

Cons:

Staff could be more trained for this type of property. Credit card required as a guarantee upon check-in. I was charged on the card by mistake of an employee and had to request refund during the checkout. We felt more welcomed at other properties in Hokkaido. Ongoing building construction around the hotel.

素直な感想
Pros:

施設が新しく当たり前だけど綺麗です。
外国人スタッフも一生懸命に努力して仕事をしているのが伝わり…応援して上げたくなりました。

料理がダメですね…
その点は残念ですね‼️
料理に豪華さを求めているのでは無く…
味付けや！　
一品一品の料理の味付けのクオリティが低いでした。

Room was spacious, modern & clean as expected. Room came with club access.

Cons:

But the view was disappointing. I had booked a room with a view. I expected a good direct mountain view but the 2 mt peaks were to the side of the room & what was more prominent looking out of the big balcony was 2 huge car park areas & the hotel Park Hyatt located opposite.

Wonderful experience throughout from clean rooms, great facilities and amazing staff.
Pros:

Hotel room and facilities were in excellent condition and very well-kept. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant which made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful scenery all round and overall excellent value. Will definitely return.
