Have Potential
Pros:

The location is definitely one of its strongest points, situated right by the sea with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.

One feature that really stood out was the unique platform seating built into the room. It can be extended through the window, creating a cozy spot to sit, unwind, and enjoy the sea view. It's a thoughtful touch that makes the stay feel special and different from typical hotel rooms.

Another pleasant surprise was the variety of animals around the resort, including horses, ducks, chickens, and more. They all appeared to be well cared for, which was nice to see and added to the charm of the property, especially for families with children.

The resort has a lot of character and great potential to be an exceptional getaway destination. However, some areas could benefit from better maintenance and upkeep to fully match the beauty of the location and concept.

Cons:

While we enjoyed several aspects of the resort, there are some issues that need immediate attention, particularly for Room A122.

The room is in need of serious repairs before being assigned to future guests. The toilet seat and bowl were noticeably worn out with visible stains upon check-in. To the resort's credit, the staff responded promptly and replaced the toilet seat with a new one after we raised the issue. However, this should have been addressed as part of routine maintenance before guests arrived.

The flooring was another major concern. Several areas were badly damaged, and while tape had been used as a temporary fix, many sections remained cracked with sharp edges exposed. This poses a safety hazard, especially for children and elderly guests.

Additionally, there was only one power outlet available in the entire room, which was quite inconvenient for charging phones and other devices, particularly for families or multiple occupants.

Overall:

The resort's seaside location, unique room design, and well-cared-for animals make it a memorable place with plenty of potential. The staff were responsive when issues were reported, which is appreciated. However, maintenance standards need significant improvement, especially in older rooms, to ensure guest comfort and safety. With better upkeep and attention to detail, this resort could become a truly outstanding destination.

Great facilities and atmosphere, but the room design could be more family-friendly and practical.

I feel that the room's elevated bedroom space is unnecessary and not very practical for families. The mattress is placed on the floor, which can be challenging for guests who have difficulty standing up. In addition, attending to children sleeping on the upper bed can be inconvenient, especially since it is positioned quite high.

While the concept and design are visually appealing, I believe the space could be better optimized with proper beds and a television to enhance comfort and functionality. During my stay, I also found it difficult to move my luggage around the room due to the layout.

Since the resort already offers excellent family-friendly facilities such as a kids' pool and playground, I feel that the room itself should focus on providing a comfortable and relaxing environment where families can rest and recharge after a day of activities.

Beutiful n the best resort
Pros:

Lokasi penginapan sangt menyeronokkan.
Saya Dan keluarga Sgt suke Dan Akan repeat lagi untuk menginap disana. Anak2 Sgt suke mandi kolam. Alhamdulillah ni pilihan yang terbaik sy pergi di Kuala terengganu.

Cons:

Rasanya perlu sediakan kipas di bhgian kaunter pendaftaran Dan sedia Kan orang untuk bimbing atau daftar online kepada cust. Atau pom buat kaunter khas untuk ajar cust booking online.
