Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room had a strong cigarette smell.
There were also a lot of ants and lizards.
Mattresses on the floor were not ideal.

Okay as we didn’t spend much time there.
Pros:

Close to the jetty port.

Cons:

The property is old and lots of construction work going on. My bathroom leaked middle of the night, it was flood in the bathroom but quickly got resolved. The restaurant is awful, the food is bad and nothing close by.

Pros:

La posizione era comoda per il raggiungimento del porto di Merang

Cons:

Tutta la struttura era eccessivamente sporca e datata, puzzava ovunque. La stanza era piena di insetti e molto sporca. Il cibo per la cena era davvero terribile e per questa ragione abbiamo deciso di non mangiare a colazione.

We zijn eerder weg gegaan

Cons:

Geen handdoeken bij het zwembad. Strand was niet begaanbaar, het water staat tot aan het hotel.

View : Bilik sunrise horizon tapi tak nampak view sgt. terlindung dengan rumah.
Clean : bilik tak bersih ada daki hitam di dinding. Lantai meleket. Dalam bilik air kotor tak bersih ada daki hitam. Ada semut api. Ada lipas.bawah katil tak bersih. Kotor.
Service : staf sibuk tanya masa nk check out ada ambil makanan yg kena bayar tu tak? Tak tnya pon mcm mana ok tak bilik. Paling spoil. Ada request tukar bilik. Tapi bilik dh penuh. Esok nya baru bgtau ada bilik kosong. Tpi sy tak nk tukar sbb jauh sy dh keluar pergi kuala terengganu.

For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of room quality and maintenance. Unfortunately, this stay did not
Pros:

The resort has a nice location and the surrounding area is peaceful. The staff were polite and tried to assist when I raised my concerns.

Cons:

I was very disappointed considering I paid more than RM1,000 for one night. The room was not properly maintained. The TV was not working, the bathroom door was damaged, and there was no wardrobe to store clothes. The floor was uneven with exposed gaps between the tiles, which felt unsafe. The room also did not have a telephone, so I had to walk to the reception to report the issues. In addition, access to the swimming pool required an extra payment, which was not what I expected at this price point. The room only had three pillows for a Queen bed and a Single bed, which was insufficient. Overall, the room did not meet the standard expected for the price paid.

The toilet is a bit dirty..the cleaner should clean the toilet bowl. It got yellow stain n smelly too
