view je la yg cantik..tempat ok lah x jauh ke dlm..seng nk cari kedai mkn..bilik ok la bersih..kolam ok la bdk2 mandi..mak pak tgk je lah..kawasan pet friendly..

1st day smpai mase nk cek in..brg dah drop kat reception..staff yg smbut tu x brp nk mesra..penerangan laju sgt..siap bgtau nk mandi kolam kne pkai gelang smpai cek out..klo rosak bleh dtg minx yg baru..mcm kte p waterpark tu 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. mase tu ade dgr dah 1 customer dah complain aircond rosak..shower kne pegang kepala paip nk mandi 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️..dlm ati hah sudah kne getah dah..dah byk mlm nk stay ctu.pk dah byk kua duit so stay je la 14/10-17/10..ikut keje gila nk je p cek in otel lain..staff bgtau nnt potter anta tp lmbat ckit..sbb staff ckp bilik sama level dgn tgkat dgn reception so ok je la..bawk lah sndri..skali tgkat 3 nok..diberitahu sama level dgn reception 😬😬..angkut lah bagasi n brg2 sndri naik tangga ye kami ank branak..smpai depan bilik B303 rupe ade maintainance tgh betul kan bilik pulak..so asben p lah bgtau..dpt lah tukar bilik B304.foreigner org yg baiki tu..mcm ayam n itik la ckp..dlm blik xde telefon ye utk kte contact kaunter..hanya berhubung melalui no wasap..klo cpt respon xpe..dah smpai bilik nk mandi bleh plak air slow nk mampus..compaint tp xde tindakan..mase anak2 nk tdo bleh plak tibe2 keluarlah rombongan pepijat2 dr celah2 katil n tilam besar2 plak tu..sudhnye berhimpitlah tdo 4 org 1 katil mlm tu..esok nye bgtau la dkt kaunter pasal pepijat..n then ptg dlm pulul 6.30 cmtu dtg lah tp antanye foreigner srupa visit bilik je lah..xphm ape yg sy ni adu kan..last2 asben settle sendri bli sparay rombongan pepijat tu..pepijat besar2 ye..xtau la brp byk darah dah sedut..2x spanjang stay ctu electric tibe2 xde..nasib mase tu nk kua mkn..elok blek kad assess plak x bleh nk scan..kne pegi kaunter plak bgtau..elok mlm last tu tgh2 tdo bleh plak kne kacau siap kne tindih.pg td out pun angkut brg trun tangga dgn ank2..xtau x rase mcm dok otel pun..rase ralat sgt serius x berbaloi sungguh cti kali ni..nasib terengganu byk tempat2 best..so byk jln kat lua dr stay dlm bilik..so skali ni je la kot p ctu..x p dah la..

Had to change the room due to unpleasant smell. Take almost 2hr to locate the new room. 2nd room very bad of cleanliness and tv not working at all.
