Nice view, poor maintenance.
Pros:

We love the view and the waterparks. The staffs were very friendly.

Cons:

Poor building maintenance, low shower water pressure, water dripping from ceilings. They came to repair quickly, still disturbed our resting time. We were arranged to 3rd floor (without lift) which was inconvenient for oldies.

Pros:

Nice pool, with extended hours of playing until 10pm. Room comfortable, with wide space. Can fit up to 10 persons, just need to add on mattress. The room had sea view, can watch sunrise direct from the room.

Cons:

The stairs smell of urine. Some parts of the resort compound is unkempt, looks like abandoned cleaning long time ago, and under construction as well, so there might be changes the next time.
