Great value for money for a short stay
Pros:

Simple, clean, efficient, easy parking for 10€ a night

Cons:

It can get complicated if you want to check in after 21:30. The person on the phone verified our entry codes and was very friendly, but I think it can cause big issues if you don’t think about that. The check in machine in the hallway caused others to have issues at night. So I think an automatic email with the codes could be a big benefit.

Przyzwoicie jak na hotel 1*, ale adekwatnie do ilości gwiazdek bez szału
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest okej, łatwy wyjazd na autostradę, szybki dojazd na Dusseldorf Messe. Pokoje są czyste, śniadania też schludne i jedzenie świeże.

Cons:

Personel na telefonie w czwartek nie mówił ani słowa po angielsku. Self check-in kiosk kazał mi zapłacić znacznie więcej niż booking, przez co o 23:00 stałam pod hotelem nie wiedząc czy w ogóle się do niego dostanę - ostatecznie zapłaciłam przez booking i miły pan na nocce wyszedł ze swojego pokoiku, żeby wydać mi kody do pokoi. Śniadanie było dobre, ale mało zróżnicowane i codziennie to samo - chociaż niewielka rotacja byłaby mile widziana. Szkoda że parking nie jest w cenie hotelu, a nie ma za bardzo innej opcji parkingowej niż ten przy hotelu.

Pillows not very comfortable, too thin. The property policy said free parking, which the staff knew nothing about. The reception was closed most if the day, also no one to ask about a when you arrive. Poor customer service as there are no staff.

Die Matratze war für meinen Rücken gut!
Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, Haken für Handtücher wären gut

Cons:

Es war extrem schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Es gibt keine, wie beschrieben, kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Haus!
Das öffentliche Parkhaus kostet Gebühren und ist für Vans nicht geeignet.
Der einzige, erreichbare Mitarbeiter vor Ort war extrem überfordert am Telefon.
Nachts war es sehr laut im Hotel, Gäste sollten unbedingt auf nächtliche Ruhezeiten hingewiesen werden!!!
Fenster im Zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert, wie es eigentlich bei Innenstadtlage selbstverständlich sein sollte.

Leider konnte ich nicht anreisen!
Pros:

Leider konnte ich den Aufenthalt nicht antreten, da meine Lebensgefährtin einen unaufschiebbaren Termin im Krankenhaus wahrnehmen musste.

Als alter KEVFan wollte ich aus Sachsen-Anhalt anreisen und an der Meisterschaftsfeier um 17:00 Uhr teilnehmen.

Das hatte ich auch dem Hotel rechtzeitig mitgeteilt und der Hoffnung Ausdruck gegeben, dass vielleicht bei einem möglichen Fanansturm mein gebuchtes DZ bei Bedarf noch anderweitig vergeben werden könnte.

Aber leider reagierte das Hotel darauf überhaupt nicht mehr.
