Se le envió un mensaje porque no funcionaba la televisión y el internet, y no contestaron ni lo arreglaron, además de que tuvimos que llamar porque no habíamos recibido el correo para hacer el checking y luego de más de 15 minutos por teléfono nos dicen que es que no lo habían hecho ellos para enviar el mensaje, no revisar eso hicieron antes de nuestra llegada.

Cuando se realiza la reserva te informan que tienen recepción 24 horas y que atienden en diferentes idiomas.. Eso es falso, no tienen recepción y simplemente te mandan los códigos para entrar al teléfono. Al llegar, la puerta exterior estaba rota.. después de mucho llamar pude contactar con la central, que gestiona muchos, muchos apartamentos.. Me abrieron una incidencia, y me dijeron que en un margen de 2 horas mandarían un técnico!! Y eran las 22h de la noche. Por dentro, el apartamento dejaban mucho que desear, sobretodo el aspecto de mantenimiento.

I do not recommend this place at all. On the first night, I was not provided with the access codes to enter the apartment, so I was unable to stay there and had to book another hotel for the night. When I called the company that manages this apartment, they informed me that I would not receive the access codes until the second day. Because of this, I tried to cancel the reservation, but my request was denied, and I never received a refund. Essentially, I was charged for the first night without being able to use the apartment.

The apartment itself is unattractive and looks like the kind of place rented out for short-term sexual encounters.

The cleanliness was very poor, and I have found much better places at a lower price. If you want to avoid a bad experience, do not book this property. I hope no one else has to go through what I experienced with this apartment.

We couldn't stay because the digital lock didn't work. We were waiting for hours and in the end we were offered to be relocated to a flat of a much lower quality and worse location for only 2 people (we were 4) for one night, until they could give us the keys for the original flat on te next day. In the end, we were relocated by booking at around midnight. The AMAZINN support team was excellent, but unfortunately, they couldn't solve the issue this time. Sometimes it happens. It is a shame, this looked like a stay with so much potential and in the end we lost our first day dealing with the accommodation.
