Pros:

Ощущение что отдыхаешь на природе. Очень много зелени, ягод прямо на территории. Чувствуешь себя очень комфортно в отдельном домике. Бассейны регулярно чистили. Очень вежливый персонал, особенно Аршак. Спасибо за всё, в чем Вы нам помогли.

Cons:

Домики расположены прямо у бассейна и громкая музыка слышна в домике. Но нам дали возможность переехать в более отдаленный домик в итоге. Домики уже требуют косметический ремонт.

Несоответствие описанию и стоимости проживания
Pros:

Из положительного отмечу два момента: горничные - уборка была каждый день, качественная, полотенца свежие. За что спасибо большое. Менеджеры также приветливы, шли на встречу. И бассейны для детей - есть мини-аквапарк, есть совсем для малышей бассейн и большой для взрослых
Наличие кондиционеров это отдельный +.

Cons:

Полное несоответствие фотографиям и описанию, а также стоимости отеля. Это бывший санаторий, не просто несовременный, а откровенно старый. За 100 евро за ночь за номер было очень обидно оказаться в таких условиях, учитывая что у нас было еще и 2 номера: номер и коттедж.
Номер в основном корпусе отремонтирован, просторный, в целом свежий, если не выходить на балкон и не смотреть в ванну. Это по-прежнему не отель тем более 4*, но там хотя бы приятно находиться.
Но коттедж - это просто кошмар. При входе бьет крепкий запах табака, которым видимо пропитаны стены и мебель. Ванна ужасна, в нее неприятно даже заходить, не то что мыться. Сломанные смесители - и в душе, и в раковине, не регулировалась вода. Кровать проваливается. Мебель очень старая, ползают насекомые. Окна поломанные. То что называется кухней представляет собой одну плитки на одну конфорку, одна очень старая кастрюля и одна такая же сковорода. Эл.чайник был, холодильник тоже норм.
Помимо проживающих в отеле - на территорию продают входной билет всем желающим на день, из-за чего бассейны переполнены, поплавать в бассейне или позагорать возможности не было. Лежаки занимают носками и панамками еще с вечера.
Бассейны чистят только часам к 10 утра, к самой жаре и наплыву людей. Полотенец также нет утром.
В общем, осадок остался от того, что это было знакомство с Ереваном, с нами были бабушки и дети, перед выбором тщательно изучали рейтинги и отзывы и в итоге оказались в такой ситуации. Потратили больше 1200 евро за 5 ночей в таком "резорте".
Впервые столкнулась с таким критичным не соотвествием заявленного и реальности.

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una permanenza davvero splendida in questo resort. La struttura è accogliente e perfetta per rilassarsi, ma il vero punto forte è senza dubbio la piscina: semplicemente favolosa, ampia, pulita e ideale per godersi momenti di divertimento.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la loro gentilezza e la capacità di far sentire a proprio agio ospiti di tutte le età, dai più piccoli agli adulti.

Anche la cucina è stata molto apprezzata: varia, adatta a tutti i gusti e curata con grande professionalità dal cuoco.

Un altro aspetto molto positivo è lo spazio dedicato ai bambini, perfetto sia per i più piccoli che per i più grandi, dove possono divertirsi in sicurezza e vivere momenti piacevoli durante il soggiorno.

L’atmosfera è piacevole, familiare e allo stesso tempo molto professionale. Un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo e che consigliamo sicuramente a chi cerca un’accoglienza impeccabile e un divertimento sfrenato :-)

Pros:

В основном отлично. Бассейны понравились, сауна, настольный теннис. Кафе на территории хорошее. Номер в целом хороший. Приезжали на одну ночь, чисто для смены обстановки и почилить - миссия выполнена) Думаю ещё повторим.

Cons:

Диван в номере уставший - грязноват и с дыркой предположительно от сигареты. Но мы там не сидели, так что не страшно. Кровать норм была самое главное.
Сам внешний вид корпуса, в котором был наш номер, весьма обшарпанный. Его бы покрасить. Центральный корпус снаружи тоже не лакшери прямо сказать. Но что порадовало, так то что внутри всё намного лучше, чем снаружи, я считаю это намного лучше, чем если было бы наоборот.
В целом плюсов намного больше чем минусов, можно смело ехать!

It was a secured place. Staff was good.

Cons:

It was a remote area with dusty atmosphere, the apartment which we got was very very old one, so we had to request for another round of cleaning before we started our stay. Unfortunately when we arrive there was no other options so we had to stay there.
Very minimal kitchen equipments.

Ganz ehrlich wir waren schockiert wo man uns hin gebracht hat. Alles drum herum ist kaputt verlasse.
In der Wohnung ist nicht besser Sofa ist kaputt und voller flecken. Dann hat man uns Anlage gezeigt. Im Schwimmbad ist grünes Wasser alles verlassen und ungepflegt. Das Personal war sehr nett , und war einverstanden das wir nicht einziehen. Wir sind direkt weiter gefahren l

Pros:

The best hotel! We originally planned to stay for just two nights, but everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay for another week. They allowed us to remain in the same room, which made our extended stay even more comfortable and convenient.
The staff are truly exceptional - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel has a great atmosphere, huge swimming pool and amazing restaurant.

Были перед началом сезона и успели поймать солнечные дни. 😎😎😎😎😎Классно провели время у бассейнов. Потрясающий вид, территория большая, аромат цветов и свежий воздух, расположение отеля - нам очень понравилось. 😍😍😍😍😍
Жили в двух комнатном домике с собственной террасой. Есть все необходимое (приборы, посуда, микроволновая печь, холодильник, кондиционер, тв). 🏡🏡🏡🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Спа, нам тоже очень понравился - огромный бассейн и большая общая сауна.

非常好。
Pros:

这家酒店在城郊但是打车非常方便且便宜，它的优势是硬件很好。房间很大，干净整洁，非常安静，带有阳台长廊，可以直接远眺到亚拉腊山，酒店管理者也活人感十足。
最重要的是！我们发现它有一段有趣的历史。它的前身是斯皮塔克大地震后，苏联后期为了救助地震伤员，由国际红十字会建造的康复中心。当时很多人流离失所，而这里就是用来给他们提供医疗护理、康复治疗和心理疏导的地方。随着地震救援结束，这些红十字会援建的建筑慢慢完成了它的使命，被改造成了酒店、公寓和公共设施，继续迎接和抚慰来自世界各地的人。
如果你是对苏联历史感兴趣的人，我会更加推荐你来入住这个有趣的地方。

Нам понравилось все!
Начиная от прекрасных людей, нас встретили среди ночи, помогли с сумками, шли на все уступки, моментально решали все вопросы которые возникали. Замечательные люди, прекрасный менеджер, мы сразу даже подумали что это владелец, настолько человек включен в свою работу. Таких прекрасных эмоций не оставалось никогда ни от одного жилья, где мы останавливались. На территории очень красиво, есть собачки, котики. Все в зелени, красивая терраса и вид. Очень спокойно, много развлечений если нужно. В следующий раз если мы поедем в Ереван, то выбор жилья очевиден. Благодарим менеджера и всю команду, что так душевно встретили и проводили с таким теплом.
