Great location close to the mcg or Rod laver for concert or sport events.
Pros:

Great location and nice view from the balcony

Cons:

Very hard to find since it is hidden inside an alley way. Old school having a key to lock and unlock your door. Key pass to go in elevator to the car park did not work. Had to walk into the car park and walk down to the parking spot.

Pros:

Love that it was clean, well located, well priced. Was just a little disconcert that when we needed something there was no one on site so we could only have our request fulfilled the next day, but as we stayed 5 nights that didn't really matter. I'd definitely come here again!

Cons:

The tap in the bathroom was broken and therefore a little hard to operate. Other than the remote staff issue mentioned above, it was excellent.

Great stay, good location would book again!
Pros:

The location was great! Close to the city, trams and local stores if you we didnt want to venture far.
The rooms was spacious, well displayed and had all the amenities we needed even staying in. .

Cons:

A few fixtures in the room were broken or not working properly, but nothing that really caused any issues.
Additional blankets would have been wonderful, the night did get cold and we're not accustomed to using heaters overnight.

Great access to MCG
Pros:

Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Close walk to Rod Laver and MCG. Easy walk to North Richmond for food. Great space for a group of friends.

Cons:

Bath has an odd layout. Shower was hit and miss.

Disappointed by this property despite its excellent location.
Pros:

Great location, on Albert street which is 5 blocks from the city.

Cons:

Heater in living room was tricky to get working.
No bedside lamps for reading.
Bedroom light was outside the bedroom.
No oven safe dish to heat dinner in.
No spare blanket in main bedroom.
No microwave splatter lid ( or paper towel).
I couldn’t find the lift from the garage.
Bathroom fan stayed on the whole time; no switch.

Location. IGA. Coffee Shop

Cons:

Bathroom - dated and poorly maintained. The hot water tap had an ordinary screw attached so you could turn it on.
Kitchen sink - tap and fixtures all loose.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke which was really unbearable for a non smoker, so got transferred to a sister venue down the road.

The only good thing about this apartment was its proximity to the venues that we were in Melbourne to visit!
Pros:

It was convenient to the Exhibition that we were attending

Cons:

It was old and in need of a lot ‘TLC’.
Handles falling off doors, a bedroom with no wardrobe, furniture that needed replacing, the carpet had holes in it, mouldy shower recess, a bathroom that needed a total renovation. In fact the whole apartment needs renovating.
Basically, it was quite the dump.

It was ok for the money but not spectacular.
Pros:

The location is perfect if you have a loved one in one of the local hospitals. It is straight across the road from the epworth.

Cons:

The check in process was ordinary their email and text system did not work and I had to call for instructions. The information on how to get to the lockbox was vague. The apartment needs maintenance and the beds are on rollers and move around at night. Facilities for remote work were not great.
