البناية جديدة فعلا بس مو هيه احسن شي المنطقة حلوه جدا وبيها اسواق كثيرة بحيث الشخص يحتاج يوم حتى بس يفتر بالمكان نفسها الفندق نظيف نوعا ما قريب على مكان باص وميترو باص فالمكانات القريبة جدا سهل الوصول الها
قرب الفندق يوجد مخابز وماركتات و Bim الي اسعاره جيده جدا

الحمام صغير والشطاف سيا لابعد الحدود لان المقعد حجمه صغير والشطاف ضعيف جدا ومن تكول للموظفين هذا الشي يكولون هاي مشكله بكل الغرف والي هو على الاغلب جذب خدمة الغرف سياه لان ما يرجعون يخلون مناديل ولا شامبو ولا صابون وايضا
الفندق بعيد جدا عن الاماكن السياحية الاساسية فالشخص راح يدفع ضعف مبلغ ايجار مكان قريب بسبب المواصلات
لان اقرب مكان لازم يركب ثلاث باصات حتى يوصل اله والمنطقة شعبية فاغلب الاحيان الباصات مليانة ناس طبقتهم ضعيفة فيكون اكو اطفال هواي ويحجزون مكانات الجلوس بالباصات

Cons:

They don't have a cleaner. When you report something, they just saying tomorrow is a cleaning day and nobody cleans anything.
They don't have a parking, lying about parking places/reservations. There is only paid parking. Free parking is full because this place is very active with many people.

It's just OK
Pros:

The apartment itself is nice, it had a great layout and was very clean. The modern building was great and all facilities in the room worked as expected (minus the coffee machine). The apartment is within close walking distance to stores, restaurants, grocery, public transportation and a great park for the kids is directly across the street.

Cons:

While the apartment is close to public transit, you are so far from any worthwhile sites that you end up spending 45-90 mins each way, everyday you want to go see some site in the city. The noise from the street and the amount of light that comes in through the windows prevents a good night sleep. Blackout curtains can help with this. There is no coffee maker, it's just a kettle that they call a coffee maker when you ask. The WiFi was completely useless the entire 2 week stay, we asked multiple times for a solution to this and nothing change. This was a big inconvenience as I work online. AVOID the airport shuttle! They convinced us to use this service and deceived us multiple times about the time it would arrive to pick us up, as well as telling us that they would take toll roads. Instead we found ourselves driving erratically through city streets for about 2 hours, almost causing us to miss our flight and adding a lot of extra stress to our day. All and all you don't get the services you would expect from a hotel and you'd be better off renting an Airbnb and saving the money.
