The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by a long way

Cons:

The Aircon didn’t work and no after hours phone number available, Cockroaches the size of your average mouse crawling over the bed and bathroom that aren’t afraid of people, A mattress that may have been one once, before Rigamortus set in, Rooms the size of a small shipping container with quarter of it glass with drapes that barely cover the area. Stains on the bedding but after reading there rules the person responsible for them was fined. And as the photo shows a safe on the floor with a broken combination so a cheap padlock and bracket supplied, but the safe could be picked up and taken away. The balcony had a board missing where a foot could easily go through,
When someone finally showed up next morning they were horrified that I had the audacity to asked for my money back and refused to do so.

Pros:

Great location. Clean room. Great staff. Amazing bathroom except nowhere to put any toiletries for 1 person let alone a female. Same for the bedroom, we had 5 hangers between 2 people and had to live of our suitcases. TV didn’t work, WiFi took forever to connect but got there eventually. Over priced for the time of year

Bra läge och helt okej fräscht! Väldigt härligt med havsutsikt.

Cons:

Luktade mycket avlopp i badrummet, fläckar på lakanen och krångligt lås då nyckeln var böjd och låset rostigt. Dålig ljudisolering.

Pros:

Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt nah am Meer und die Liegen sind für Gäste kostenlos.

Cons:

Leider haben alle Zimmer ein Schimmelproblem und einen entsprechenden Geruch. Ein Großteil des Personals im Restaurant spricht kein Wort Englisch, nicht einmal einfache Begriffe wie,Fried Rice'.

Die Matratzen sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand; an mehreren Stellen ragten scharfe Metallfedern heraus.

Die Dusche ist eine absolute Katastrophe - es gibt keine Duschwanne, wodurch das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser steht, und es riecht stark nach Schimmel.

Not great, not terrible.
Pros:

Location was excellent

Shower is nice and powerful

Cons:

Very run down rooms. There were a lot of staff hanging around, perhaps getting them to do a bit of maintenance might be a good idea. Our window had actually come off its runner. There is no lift. There are no brushes in the room to help sweep out the sand. The drains are very very slow so you have to stop showering half way through so you dont flood the bathroom.
Beds very hard which is normal for thailand but these were particularly hard!


In a nutshell, you can get better value for money elsewhere. The price we paid was not relative to the hotel amenities.
