Location Is good.
Pros:

The beach front locations was great. Lots of bars and restaurants around the location. The team always tried to support in any way they could.

Cons:

Not amazingly clean in the apartment. - house keeping never cleaned the tv table for about 3 days - we did it ourselves. Kitchenettes do not work so you’re not buying an apartment but a large room. The balcony was not great as site photo shows as it’s private but your upstairs neighbours can watch you through their window. There was a major build going on directly next door which was loud. We asked to be moved to a higher floor to try mitigate it, but it was still very audible. Would have been nice to know prior to arrival so we could have made a choice whether or not to stay.

Cons:

We stayed at 5th floor and the balcony facing the Main Street. It was quite loud even it’s already 1 am. We still heard music from outside, street vendors or motorbike noises.

Perfect summer getaway for family
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, offering convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and local amenities while providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking beachfront view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and enjoying the beautiful scenery from the hotel made the experience truly special.

The service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Ms. Trang, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Pros:

La struttura di per sé, elegante e curata. Personale in generale attento e pronto ad aiutare. Ben 4 ascensori visto che il palazzo è enorme. Ho molto apprezzato la mail in cui si avvisava i lavori nei cantieri vicino all’hotel.

Cons:

8 sdraio e 2 sedie sono davvero pochissime nell’area piscina. Stranamente non c era, o non lo abbiamo visto, un posto dove depositare gli asciugami dopo il loro utilizzo. Alcuni guest lasciavano gli asciugamani sullo sdraio anche dopo essersene andati, quindi lo sdraio veniva occupato inutilmente. La colazione è stata un po deludente, ma solo perché non essendo asiatici le opzioni erano veramente scarse, altrimenti il buffet sarebbe davvero ricco. Qualche difficoltà a volte a comunicare in inglese con la reception c è stata. Lenzuola avevano un buchetto e anche la tenda, ma comunque non ci è interessato.
