Good location. Nice view on sea. Not far from historical center. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds, pillows.
The air ventilation was very loud. We asked the receptionist to switch off for night time. Unfortunately he didn't helped us.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our stay at Key Hotel was simply exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room, which was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, modern and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail was outstanding; from Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste to the luxurious furnishings that made the room feel truly five-star.
The hotel's location is perfect, right on the seafront and within walking distance of many attractions, cafés and restaurants. The building itself is stunning, with unique architecture that gives the hotel a very elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
One of the highlights was undoubtedly the food. Breakfast was beautifully presented every morning with an excellent variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, fruit, hot drinks, desserts and traditional Turkish options. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were also amazed that food and desserts could be ordered throughout the entire day, with a 24-hour kitchen offering different menus depending on the time of day. This level of service is something you rarely find.
Most importantly, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless and throughout our stay everyone was professional, friendly, attentive and happy to help. Their hospitality truly made our holiday even more special.
This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Key Hotel for making our stay unforgettable!
Honestly, nothing. We genuinely struggled to find anything to criticise. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations and the hotel set a standard that many luxury hotels could learn from.
Excellent location and very well presented hotel and rooms. Valet parking was great to have too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The minibar was great and staff at breakfast were lovely

Exceptional room and views over the ocean. Boutique hotel feeling with attentive and helpful staff.
Approaching with self-drive car is challenging due to extremely narrow path leading to hotel, risking scratching when locals try to pass.
At first, very very kind staff and Property finishing details, furniture were amazing
Access way is little bit problematic especially at the prime working time

地理位置很好，海景房特別漂亮，每天都被大海叫醒的感覺很好！

1.可惜的是隔音不太好，入住三晚剛好遇到碼頭有summer party，音樂大到房內都可以聽得到，每晚土耳其人動茲動茲high到凌晨2點多，無法好好睡覺。而且有跟飯店服務人員反應，說是對方碼頭他們有申請營業到凌晨🥲整個超級崩潰！！！
然後晚上8-10點還有隔壁鄰居在修招牌有些許噪音，不太明白土耳其的工作時間會到那麼晚？
