Pros:

La camera era spaziosa e pulita, la connessione WI-fi ottima e la colazione abbondante. La navetta per l'aeroporto e' un servizio a un prezzo accettabile che ho molto apprezzato.

Cons:

La camera che mi hanno assegnato si trovava al 4 piano SENZA ascensore...avendo tanti bagagli e' stato un problema non da poco ma per fortuna lo staff mi ha aiutato a portarli su e riportarli giu!
Il late check out si paga come 1/2 giornata di soggiorno e, considerato che l'hotel non era particolarmente pieno, avrei apprezzato un po piu di flessibilita.

Pros:

Break fast was good and provided in a timely manner

Cons:

Language Barrier. A Hotel hosting International Guests should at least have staff who can communicate in basic English. Hotel should also be able to facilitate international guests from Airport. I was not picked despite having made prior booking to be picked from airport. The room allocated (Room 224) did not have a functional AC. No repair was done even after requests.

Het hotel lag voor ons op een perfecte locatie

Cons:

Wij hadden bij aankomst meteen gevraagd of we met de Visa kaart konden betalen, en het antwoord was Ja. Bij vertrek bleek het toch niet te kunnen omdat er geen betaalbewijs uit het apparaat kwam en moesten we alsnog contant betalen

Cons:

The room was not same as stated during booking as sea view. The hotel is down to the road. We only see the road. Scattered polythene bag, bottle and waste are just next to entry point and just opposite bar and canteen. Communication difficulties in reception. Room facility is very poor. 1st night experiencd a lot of mosquitoes bite with little sleep. No mosquito net.. Highly marketed or stated about the hotel with very poor conditions. Some are fake online statements.
