Everything was so amazing

The views from the property are simply amazing — that classic Cappadocia mix of cave architecture and valley scenery that makes Göreme so special, especially watching the balloons drift by in the morning. The location is great too, well placed for exploring the area. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 10am, so I ate after getting back from my sunrise hot air balloon ride, and it was well worth the wait — a great spread to refuel with after an early morning in the air.
The room itself was a highlight. The bathroom was carved from huge slabs of marble, which felt genuinely luxurious and very in keeping with the cave-hotel aesthetic — a beautiful, distinctive touch you don't get at a standard hotel. The shower had lovely water pressure and temperature control, though I'll note the layout made it a bit tricky to keep water contained to the shower area — a minor design quirk rather than a real complaint, but worth mentioning for anyone particular about a dry bathroom floor.
On the logistics side, the hotel arranged a shared shuttle to and from Nevşehir Airport for me, which was smooth and easy to coordinate over WhatsApp. Communication throughout was clear and responsive. I also left my water bottle behind on the shuttle, and the staff tracked it down and held it at reception without any hassle — a small thing, but it reflects well on how attentive the team is.
The one area that fell a bit short was some smaller requests around items like sunglasses and sunscreen, which didn't get resolved as easily. It wasn't a big deal in the end, just a minor gap compared to how well everything else was handled.
A great place to stay in Goreme. Very comfortable and fantastic views over the town.

Quaint little setting, close to town center, excellent and very helpful staff, very attentive, beautiful terraces and verandahs to hang out before and after sightseeing during the day, good wholesome breakfast and convenient laundry service. Special Thanks to Gocan who was very helpful!
Very nice cave hotel that is not far from the town center. The staff are very helpful in attending our needs for the tours, laundry, and others. As we were traveling as a family, the room we got was quite big and the bathroom quite huge with a bathtub in it. On the rooftop you get a nice view over Goreme, which is really pretty. There is quite some selections for breakfast.
The lights. We had a room for four and there are three beds in the room. One bed is sort of in a “cave” in the room and has the switch for its own lights. The other two beds are found in the main area of the hotel room and share all three lights that are turned on/off with the same switches. I was sleeping in a single bed by the wall and a light above me but was not able to turn that light off for myself, because if I did, all lights in the room would be turned off.
Also there is no socket by my bed.

La nostra sistemazione era spaziosa, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione, servita su una splendida terrazza panoramica, era abbondante e di ottima qualità, con scelta di specialità locali e internazionali. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla e lontana dal caos, ma a soli pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Göreme. Abbiamo anche apprezzato le diverse terrazze dell'hotel, ideali per ammirare il panorama. Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile, che ci ha assistito con professionalità nell'organizzazione e nella prenotazione delle escursioni

La struttura è incredibilmente particolare e accogliente. Perfettamente adeguata al contesto della cappadocia che è meravigliosa. Lo staff incredibilmente amichevole, gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è bellissimo e consiglio a tutti di soggiornarvi qualora si trovassero a visitare questo luogo stupendo.
