Highly competent staff
Pros:

The receptionist went above and beyond to solve a problem getting a passport to us that was left behind. Great lateral thinker and the passport got to us.

Cons:

It is on a street which is under reconstruction. You will have to drive through the back streets to get to the hotel.

It was alright for a 1 night stay, staff was very nice
Pros:

Staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful. Room was with good shades and A/C. Bathroom was spacious

Cons:

The room I was given (101) was extremely small, and the bed too. The worst thing about it though was that it was almost next to reception and stairs, and the head of the bed was on the wall right next to the door, so it was very noisy from early morning.
