Pros:

Great stay. Staff were friendly and nice, always trying to help. Hotel felt clean and comfortable, and the location by the water was lovely.

Cons:

Nothing really, we had a great stay.

Pros:

Locația bine amplasată, am găsit loc de parcare, aproape de plajă.
Salteaua a fost foarte confortabilă, vedere frumoasă din cameră, personalul amabil, mic-dejun ok.

Cons:

Baia - mucegai, rugină pe baterii, gresie, vasul de toaletă avea piatră în interior.
Baia nu a fost suficient de curată.

The receptionist was extremely kind, polite, and helpful, which was definitely one of the positive aspects of my stay.

Cons:

However, the room was incredibly small. It was so small that I had to put my suitcase in the bathroom because there was simply no space for it in the room. The shower head was also broken and did not work properly.

I am also still having an issue regarding the invoice. When I made the reservation, I specifically requested an invoice and entered my billing information. I also sent a message to the hotel afterwards to confirm that I needed an invoice. At check-in, they asked for my billing information again, and then they asked for it once more at check-out. I was told that the invoice would be sent on Monday.

Today, 3 days later, I called the hotel to follow up, and surprisingly, they asked for my billing information again :) I was then told that they receive their payment from Booking.com one month later and that they will issue the invoice based on the information they receive from Booking.com.

Pros:

The bathroom was in poor condition and there was an issue with the drain. We asked three times for a baby cot. After breakfast, the kitchen was closed until 6 PM. Breakfast costs €15 per person. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room, so it was not possible to make tea or coffee. Overall, the value for money was very poor.

Overall, the value for money was very poor, and in our opinion, the hotel does not deserve its 9-point rating

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit herzlichen Menschen, toller Atmosphäre und einem Hotel, in das wir jederzeit gerne zurü
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt, überall hat es angenehm frisch geduftet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Von den Inhabern über die Rezeption bis zu den Mitarbeitern im Restaurant waren alle unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt. Oft haben wir abends noch gemeinsam einen Tee getrunken, weil die Atmosphäre einfach so herzlich und angenehm war. Das Essen im Restaurant können wir auch nur empfehlen!! Auch die modernen Sicherheits- und Brandschutzmaßnahmen haben uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben.

Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a convenient location
Pros:

The beach is a short walk away, and there are bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to Ayvalık centre. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the views were peaceful. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was pleasant.

Ottimo hotel vicino al mare in zona tranquilla e con facilità di parcheggio
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile verso ogni nostra richiesta. Ci hanno regalato dei buoni sconto per il noleggio dell’ombrellone e abbiamo avuto un upgrade di stanza. L’ambiente era molto pulito.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi prende soltanto al piano terra.

A perfect escape for all ages — three generations stayed 14 days and loved it.
Pros:

We loved how peaceful the hotel was. The green views and the lake were beautiful, and the short walk to the beach was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic. You could taste the quality of the food. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept well. Best of all, the staff were exceptional. They looked after us and made us feel at home.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Our stay was perfect.
