Great hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance of Nasami street. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sumaye from the housekeeping team for her kindness, Her warm attitude and attention to detail. She made my stay even more enjoyable.The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and I felt genuinely welcomed during my entire stay.

VERY COMFORTABLE AND GOOD LOCATION

THE STAFF WAS VERY EAGER TO GIVE THE BEST SERVICE,MAINLY AT THE RECEPTION DESK.

Cons:

NOT ALL THE FACILITIES WERE OPEN AND AT EARLY BREAKFAST TIME SOME ITEMS LIKE BREAD WERE NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

Harika çalışanları olan çok temiz sakin bir oteldi. Özellikle Samir Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Çok yardımcı oldular. Bütün çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve canayakındı. Restoranda da yemekler mükemmeldi. Bir daha ziyaret edecek olursam kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederim. Çok teşekkürler.

שהייה נעימה מיקום מנצח מומלץ בחום.
Pros:

אהבנו מאוד את עיצוב וגודל החדר.
הצוות כולו היה מסביר פנים ונכון לסייע בכל שאלה.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה יוצאת מהכלל. טעימה ומגוונת מאוד.
ברצונינו לציין במיוחד את מנהל חדר האוכל רב מלצרים סמיר. איש אדיב חייכן. אוהב ישראל. הופתענו לקבל בקבוק יין סלסילת פירות טריים ופירות יבשים ועוגיות. פינוק לאורחי המלון.
עשינו בספא המלון מסאג׳ של שעה שלמה שהיה לא יקר 60 מאנאט(כ100₪) והוא היה מצויין. ממליצים בחום.
