Great value for money
Pros:

The location was ideal, you stepped out straight onto a road full of shops that had anything you might need - food, toiletries, medicine etc. - the metro was also a short walk away around 5 mins. There’s also a taxi rank just at the end of the road and there was always a friendly member of staff in reception which made it feel safer and also useful for any questions/recommendations.

The room was spacious and had a balcony and the kitchenette had everything you needed for cooking.

Cons:

I stayed in room 6 and the mattress was extremely squeaky. Luckily I don’t move much in my sleep but if you toss and turn just an FYI. Also the walls are quite thin so it can get quite noisy, I heard the people in the room above me and to the side on most evenings but again, this didn’t bother me too much personally and the room is good value for money.

Pros:

My friend Bojan stayed 2 nights in this great apart-hotel. He loved his spacious apartment which was tastefully designed and contained all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Very clean and relatively quiet however it depends on other guests staying in the hotel.
The surrounding area was also very pleasant with plenty of cafes and small eateries to try authentic Turkish dishes. Easy walkable distance access to Osmanbey metro from where one can easily reach Istanbul Airport. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Расположение отеля относительно хорошее, близко к остановке и к метро минут 10-15 минут. Персонал был отзывчивым, помогали как могли. Но номер сам и комфорт были не на уровне. Кровати сдвоенные односпальные, что было неудобно, так как мы спали с ребенком посередине. В ванной комнате все было хорошо, кроме крышки унитаза! Она была сломана и оторвана от самого унитаза. Уборки в номере не проводятся, раз в 10 дней, или за оплату. И очень было неудобно что не было стиральной машины, если вы путешествуете с семьей и детьми- вам это очень нужно. Но была посудомоечная машина, хотя мы бы конечно предпочли больше стиральную.
6-10 за 4 дневное проживание. Но спасибо персоналу отеля за помощь и заботу о нас

Уютная квартира в удобном жилом районе
Pros:

Сама квартира очень милая, стильная, уютная. Очень внимательный и заботливый персонал, всегда доступны на первом этаже. Окна выходят на улицу, но движение по ней не очень интенсивное, а окна хорошо со звукоизоляцией (я сплю чутко). Удобное месторасположение - не туристическое (для нас это плюс), близко от метро, по дороге от метро до отеля - много продуктовых магазинов, лавок, точек питания. Все необходимое можно найти рядом. Обменник - прямо напротив. На углу дома - прекрасная эклерная (заслуживающая отдельной высокой отметки). В целом атмосфера в этом квартале комфортная.

Cons:

Ничего серьезного. Можно добавить некоторые кухонные принадлежности - разделочную доску, например. Но, может быть, надо было просто ее попросить. Балкончик маленький - только стоять, что мы и делали с удовольствием.

Fatevi rovinare la vacanza da Monev Suites
Pros:

Il povero signore che lavora come tuttofare dell'hotel mi è sembrato una persona eccezionale.

Cons:

Non saprei da dove cominciare, anzi sì. Non mi è piaciuto l'atteggiamento del manager/propietario(?). Un personaggio losco che ha cercato di approfittare di un errore nella prenotazione per intascare i soldi senza muovere un dito. Gli auguro che riceva lo stesso trattamento che ha lui per i suoi ospiti. Imbarazzante, fannullone e meschino.
