Do not be fooled by the high-end marketing. A glass teapot lid slipped during our stay, and we reported the broken glass to the front desk at 7:30 AM. Shockingly, the hotel refused to clean it up, telling us an hour later that "no cleaning service was available." Leaving active glass shards unaddressed in a guest room is a severe safety violation.Instead of helping, management was solely focused on revenue extraction, slapping us with an unconscionable surcharge of NT$1,100 for a mass-produced consumable. A genuine luxury hotel protects its guests and absorbs standard operational accidents. This place operates like a trap—eager to fine you, but incapable of providing basic hospitality. Avoid.

總體而言還是相當舒服的飯店，每次入住不同房型都是一種新的體驗

房間空間大，廁所跟衛浴分開很喜歡，停車方便，下午茶跟晚上的bar有個戴眼鏡感覺不像台灣人的服務人員，非常親切，記得第一次去的時候也有遇到他，從之前到現在感覺都保有很大的服務熱忱，非常值得替他加薪，因為他讓入住的我們心情很愉快。

Cons:

在那麼愜意的地方，還是希望能延後退房時間，讓步調緩慢些，就更加完美，另外早餐如還是只能套餐形式的話，希望能多加幾種選擇，例如：西式…。這次去的早餐套餐，感覺還是有點負擔重，或是可以變成主菜固定其餘自助的方式也很不錯。
