Bello ma c'è tanto da migliorare
Pros:

Atmosfera romantica, Staff gentile e disponibile (es. della reception Nunzio, la sign.ra Giulia della sala colazione e ristorante, e le addette alla Spa e i bagnini della piscina), struttura monumentale con ampi spazi e giardini immersi nel verde, camera silenziosa, piscina e ristorante stupendi, Spa carina nel complesso.

Cons:

Arredi delle camere classic molto datato, usurato e mal curato, non concepibile e degno neppure per le camere più economiche di qualsiasi hotel figuriamoci un 4 stelle come questo. Puntuale presenza di formiche in camera che fuoriuscivano dagli intersti non sigillati del battiscopa/finestra (nonostante l'intervento solerte di un addetto su nostra richiesta continuavano ad entrare in camera). Bagno completamente da ristrutturare, rubinetterie incostrate di calcare, usurate e rotte, così come la porta, incrostata e scheggiata.

The building and grounds are lovely. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Enzo and Giusy were excellent and managed to resolve our issue with our room, although we needed to move twice.

Cons:

The superior room we booked was disappointing. We had to move rooms twice. The first room had a tiny shower which was very badly maintained and mouldy. We moved to another room which had an adjoining room, which meant we heard everything the guests next door were doing in their bathroom. The hygiene was not consistent, some areas were not cleaned to a high standard. The toilets in the pool building were not well maintained and not always cleaned. The pool snack bar menu was not available mon-Thursday, which was not as advertised, so we could not order any food one day and were left with no options. No one told us and we were just left waiting for a response to the WhatsApp message. Some days we saw other guests being served food though at the pool midweek so feel we were not informed well. There was no information for guests provided in the room which is a big problem.

aspettativa inferiore all' importanza della struttura alberghiera che è storica
Pros:

Buona la colazione per la scelta dolce / salato. Location storica apprezzabile

Cons:

1.stanza e letto matrimoniale di dimensione inferiori allo standard per un Hotel a 4 stelle,
2.qualche mancanza anche per il bagno con assenza di un porta rotolo per la carta igienica e di qualche gancio appendiabito nel bagno.
3.Inoltre il parcheggio privato dell'hotel all'interno della struttura con accesso tramite cancello presentava avvisi che la direzione declinava e non risponde di eventuali furti all'interno dell'auto parcheggiata che secondo me non è un buon biglietto da visita per un ospite. Basta che l'accesso sia regolato tramite telecamera aprendo di volta in volta il cancello scorrevole in ferro con accesso solo per gli ospiti dell'hotel, separandolo da i frequentatori per le altre attività
