Pros:

特别干净 退房的时候还主动给我们打包了早餐

Cons:

网不是特别好，但是这也说不上是缺点，因为没有网络度过了非常安静的48小时

Personnel aux petits soins, serviable et souriant
Personnel aidant +++, on est arrivé avec un pneu crevé et ils sont venus nous aidé pour colmater la breche (ils ont apporté la roue au garage sans demander de compensation)
Hotel proche des lieux touristiques.

Petit dej pas fou, peu de choix
Absence de piscine au milieu de ce desert arride.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Service and Attention to Detail
Pros:

Firstly, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was very clean. One of the best stays in Egypt so far. The room was also really well maintained compared to other places we stayed in during our trip around Egypt.

Due to the low season, the hotel was not busy, which made the experience even more relaxing. The staff, including the cleaning team, were all very kind and friendly.

It was also my boyfriend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake, which we did not expect at all. The cake was amazing and delicious, and they even wrote his name on it. It’s this kind of attention to detail and customer service that you want from a hotel.

When booking, I saw many reviews mentioning that the hotel was far from the city, but that was not a problem for us because we had a driver. We were also looking for peace and quiet, and honestly, it’s not that far since Siwa is not very big.

Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we will definitely book again.

Cons:

A rooftop pool would be nice to finalize the whole relaxing experience because it has everything already to relax and enjoy siwa.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. The restaurant was very reasonably priced, and it was one of the cleanest hotels in Siwa.
I left my laptop at the hotel, and they quickly arranged a bus to bring it back to me.

Cons:

It's a bit far from the city center, so you'll need a car， hotel towels could be cleaned more thoroughly.
