Pros:

Location, hospitality, food.

Cons:

WIFI speed was extremely slow, slower even than a mobile hot spot. Make the bar little more spacious, its tiny currently.

Amazing old world charm place with fantastic staff and food
Pros:

Excellent place, incredible location, very friendly and polite staff and amazingly good breakfast. The dinner at the same restaurant was also fantastic. The whole place has a Old Calcutta Colonial charm with all modern facilities. Highly recommended for a short family trip to this amazing City of Joy.

Cons:

There is no elevator! But that did not put us in any difficulty with our luggage. The hotel arranged for the bags to be delivered in the room.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in Central location. Close enough to Park Street to evening entertainment but in a quiet area. Deck 88 was a great spot for an evening drink, dinner and watching cricket.

Cons:

The hotel has it's events late night which was disturbing to the in-house guests. Stayed 2 nights and both the night could not slept well.
