Pros:

Lovely hotel in Central location. Close enough to Park Street to evening entertainment but in a quiet area. Deck 88 was a great spot for an evening drink, dinner and watching cricket.

Pros:

Food was good.

Cons:

The hotel has it's events late night which was disturbing to the in-house guests. Stayed 2 nights and both the night could not slept well.

Food & staff were excellent. Nightclub noise not so good.
Pros:

The breakfasts and staff were excellent. Room was clean & well serviced. The location of the hotel was close to the areas I needed. The Maitre'D and secuity were very helpful when I requested a welfare check. I cannot recommed them highly enough for that.

Cons:

The bed was too soft. Their nightclub is too noisy - music would go until 4am! My room used to smell like as if it was next to the sewer after it was locked up - very unpleasant - but would clear after air con was put on. I submitted a load of clothes for laundry however I received one of my items back, all torn up. Nothing was said to me about it. I queried it with the staff and nobody got back to me. So that's unsatisfactory.
