Atendimentos de todos em geral foi excelente!

Cons:

Acho que o estacionamento poderia ser um pouco mais barato... uma vez que meu carro ficou em frente ao Hotel e não dentro da garagem. Prá dizer a verdade não achei junta a cobrança.

Tivemos um problema com a água quente do chuveiro, a água não esquentava, depois de um banho frio num dia super gelado, foi resolvido e o ar condicionado tb é bem ruim

Café da manhã tem bastante opções, a cama era confortável

Tenho muitas observações que fazem o hotel ser ruim, mas a principal delas é o barulho, não só da rua mas do hotel em si, em especial em razão da discussão que teve de madrugada pois uma pessoa entrou no quarto errado ( !!! ) sim, com a chave que dava acesso ao seu quarto ela entrou no quarto de outra pessoa.

Fora isso portas batem sem parar, teve barulho de martelo durante a manhã de sábado, se escuta os vizinhos falando como se estivessem dentro do quarto, além do barulho do banheiro e que podemos saber perfeitamente o que o outro esta fazendo.......

O quarto não estava bem limpo, o box não fechava direito, a janela também não, tenho certeza que no inverno deve ficar frio no quarto por causa da janela que não fecha bem.

Enfim, foi ruim de modo geral e Gramado possuiu muitas opções de hotel o que faz ser totalmente desnecessário se hospedar nesse hotel.

A localização é excelente perto de tudo, desde a chegada até a saída, fomos muito bem recebidos pelos colocadores do hotel…
Perfeito em tudo… uma sincronia entre tudo… uma fondue maravilho e uma casa de solas e massas fantástico… tudo em só local sem necessidade de locomoção… vale muito a pena… voltaremos!!! Parabéns ao grupo Skye hotéis….
