Acceso y Permanencia
Se permite el ingreso de mascotas únicamente en las áreas designadas.
Las mascotas deben estar bajo supervisión constante de sus dueños y no pueden quedarse solas en las habitaciones o áreas comunes.
Comportamiento y Control
Los dueños son responsables de que sus mascotas no perturben a otros huéspedes con ruidos, comportamientos agresivos o similares.
Las mascotas deben estar siempre con correa en las áreas comunes del hotel.
Higiene y Limpieza
Por favor, recoja los desechos de su mascota de inmediato y disponga de ellos en los lugares asignados.
No se permite que las mascotas suban a camas, sofás u otros muebles.
Tamaño y Cantidad
Por motivos de espacio y seguridad, solo se aceptan mascotas de tamaño mediano o pequeño, salvo previa autorización del hotel.
Se permite un máximo de una mascota por habitación, salvo excepciones autorizadas.
Responsabilidad del Dueño
Los dueños son responsables de cualquier daño o limpieza adicional que sea necesaria debido a la presencia de su mascota.

🧼 Limpieza profunda de tapetes – En caso de deposiciones u orines. $200.000 COP
❌ Daño total de lencería por rasgaduras – Si la ropa de cama resulta irreparable. $400.000 COP
Notas importantes
Si alguna regla es incumplida o si la presencia de la mascota genera molestias graves, el hotel se reserva el derecho de solicitar el retiro de la mascota de las instalaciones, sin que esto implique la devolución del valor pagado por su estadía.

O Hotel muito bem localizado, confortável, fizemos tudo a pé

El hotel está en pleno Getsemaní, por lo cual todo está cerca. El desayuno muy rico y muy buena atención del personal.
El agua no salía caliente, solo tibia. Y el ruido de los locales cercanos duras hasta las 3 AM, incluso en una habitación en el fondo del hotel.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, amenidades varias, limpieza de la habitación, recepción 24 horas, seguridad, buen desayuno, café diario, piscinas acogedoras y privadas. Nos encantó el estilo del hotel y nos alojaríamos nuevamente si volviéramos a la ciudad. A 4 calles de la torre del Reloj. En Uber trayectos cortos hacia aeropuerto, playas cercanas y otros lugares de interés. En recepción cuentan con una persona de viajes donde puedes tomar todos los tours con confianza. A media cuadra hay casas de cambio.
Estuvimos bien!. Mejorar la calidad y variedad de los jugos en el desayuno. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto.

I had a bad experience when my mom’s charger “disappeared” from the room then staff didn’t care a lot, and even after that they charge 1 bottle of water that she drank from the room. Also, the security box was not working in my room
The room was nice enough. Clean and good accommodation. Had the old city charm I was looking for. Pretty esthetics. Was close to everything. The location was great. I just wish I knew more in advance that the street was under construction (not the less than 24 hour message I received)
Upon arrival my best friend who is staying in Cartagena came to help me check in because my Spanish is bad. They refused to let him accompany to my room while I showered and changed. They made him sit in the lobby for 30 minutes while I unpacked and changed to go to eat. The only way they would allow him in was to put him on my room as my other guest but then my partner couldn’t come or to pay extra to let him in for less than half an hour. So if you plan on bringing any guests beware they will have to sit in the lobby or you pay.
Part B of hotel 2nd and 3rd floors are good, nice rooms and refurbished. The rest is a bit old, but ok. Pools are much smaller than in the pictures, but also ok. Wifi does not really work.
We had an unfortunate incident at this hotel. On a day in Cartagena, we asked the Hotel to recommend some beaches to visit outside of the city. They then strongly recommended we to go to Soy Local Baru, a branch of their hotel in the island of Baru. That there we could enjoy the hotel amenities and enjoy the day on the beach. It is an hour by car or by boat up to there, so they ensured us that they communicated the staff at Soy Local Baru that we would be arriving.
Upon arrival, walking up and down in the heat to get there, the ground staff at Soy Local Baru said that the hotel was not Soy Local anymore, that they are now an independent venture and could not receive us. Even if their uniforms were written the hotel name, so did the building, so did the towels and chairs. They told us if we would like to stay that it would cost 350.000 COP + plus towels fee + consumption fee “to open the kitchen/bar just for us” (what was about 100€ altogether) just to use the space. After such a hard path to get there, we felt scammed and found another hotel in the island who charged us instead 70.000 COP for 4 people for the day (which was much more aligned with the local prices at Baru).
The issue there is, obviously, not the price itself but the intention to extract more money than it was due, only by the guess that we were not fluent in Spanish. So if staying at the hotel, be careful with these recommendations around leisure outings in Cartagena. The problem, also, is that there seems to be only one manager for the three hotels Soy Local (Centro, Insignia and “Baru”) and this manager is not around, I am not sure even if this person lives in Cartagena.
So be aware of these details when booking and trusting them on recommendations.

El wifi no nos funcionaba , tuvimos q usar todo el tiempo nuestro roaming y tuvimos un pequeño problema con la ducha ya que solo funcionaba el agua caliente!
