El personal, muy atento y servicial.
La ubicación muy céntrica y con la parada del autobús que te lleva a la estación del AVE en la misma puerta, eso se agradece.
No me gustó el calor que pasamos en la habitacion, el aire no funcionaba bien, la cortina de la ventana estaba rota y al hacerse de día teníamos el sol en la habitación.
El desayuno muy simple para un hotel de 4 estrellas, poco variado

La zona está muy concurrida y si están ocupadas las dos plazas de la entrada no puedes pararte a descargar las maletas.
