Incumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria antitabaco y desatención del personal del establecimiento
Cons:

Que los trabajadores permitieran fumar vaper dentro del establecimiento y aun quejándonos y notificando al trabajador no hiciese nada para solucionar el problema durante varios días

Loved staying here , bright and pleasant with so much going on.
Pros:

Central location with lovely clean modern rooms with beautiful balconies. really nice friendly staff. Good big pool area with reasonable food and drink prices. Best bars right on your doorstep. Past 2 years reception fulfilled our rooms request. Really went out their way to help 10/10.

Cons:

Rooms and offer not cheap. Not sure if worth the higher cost compared to some others

Pros:

Estava quase tudo excelente fiquei no 6 piso no prédio 1 gostei bastante da limpeza da senhora loira quando era as outras o quarto ficava com bastante areia de resto estava td perfeito

Cons:

O facto de a piscina fechar às 19:00 e eles começarem a tirar as espreguiçadeiras e fazerem bastante barulho e a comida ser sempre muito repetitiva todos os dias.

Me cobrarán por el uso de la caja de seguridad a pesar de que cuando la reserve decía C.S. incluido, la habitación estaba sucia a las 2 de la tarde y cuando reclamé en recepción la encargada me dijo que hasta las 14:30 hrs tenía que esperar, así que tengo que ir al comedor sin lavarme ya que no tenía toallas limpias, muy mal el personal de recepción, malas formas. Aquí no regreso.

Limpeza impecável e instalações novas, ótima localização sem barulho nenhum, muita variedade no pequeno almoço e comida de qualidade

Cons:

As atuações de música ao vivo são só em inglês e não demonstram nada da cultura espanhola, assim como o hotel em geral é direcionado só para a cultura inglesa/americana

Pros:

Our trip started off well, and we were having a nice time for the first few days. However, everything turned into an awful experience when we discovered bed bugs in our room.

Cons:

What made a stressful situation even worse was the hotel management and staff's total lack of support. They did absolutely nothing to help us with our clothes or to ensure our belongings were safely treated or laundered to prevent the bugs from spreading.

Finding bed bugs is bad enough, but dealing with an unhelpful and dismissive staff during such a nightmare is unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding the Hotel Ambassador Playa if you value cleanliness and good customer service. We left incredibly disappointed and stressed.
