Very good rooms, good selection in the restaurant. Good choice of entertainment.

Cleaner entered room twice whilst we had the do not disturb on the door. 1st time we were still in bed. Second time 1 was in the shower whilst and my partner was naked in the room.

I have stayed in this hotel for years sometimes 3 times a year but my stay this time just was not as good . Room could have been more cleaner under bed was very dusted and felt the maid did not clean very well each day as floor was not brushed properly and shower tray was not cleaned properly either . Also there was someone came into restaurant in morning and stole someone’s bag and phone was caught on camera and was nothing to hotel so why did he get in . Security really needs to be stepped up and only get into hotel with your card as you want to feel safe . It cost a lot off money to stay here and they need to keep there standers up . Also pool bar dose not open to 11:30am and when it’s really warm in summer you need a drink disappointed with this . Also in explorers bar they need have have video on some off the tv’s as when acts are on if you don’t have seat at front by the pillars then you don’t see any thing and there is more than enough tv’s to do something to let everyone see acts. Food was not as good chips rubbery soup cold ,fried eggs cold and food a bit repetitive not a lot of chicken and no curry’s so need to look into all these things to make sure they keep customers safe and come back.

Great stay as usual
Pros:

The bar, the outside area and the rooms are comfortable

Cons:

The last step to get out of the swimming pool is far to high. I saw many an old person struggling on their knees to get out.
The food was good but not as good quality as I remember it being in the past.
The orange juice at breakfast is disgusting proper fresh orange should be served.
