Didn’t get to stay as hotel didn’t have my booking

I did not get to stay as the hotel could not find my booking and couldn’t care. Didn’t want to take anything to do with it and said to contact Booking.com. I therefore cancelled my booking before i got charged

Cons:

The room smelled like pee and mildew there were roaches running around the room as well as carcasses there were also fleas. The man at the desk was an absolute ray of light…. Just kidding he was terrible heed my warning stay away!!!!

The front desk clerk was nice and we were allowed early check in

Cons:

The hotel and room were so dirty. We woke up in the middle of the night to find a giant cockroach in the bathroom. It was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We left before the sun came up because we could not deal with the filth.

The hotel arbitrarily decided to cancel the reservation I had made a month earlier via Booking; the rate I had booked didn't compare to what I would have had to pay later, so it wasn't profitable for the hotel. Baltimore was fully booked due to the BTS concert. I found it disrespectful to the customer. I was left without a room because of the hotel; I do not recommend them. The Booking staff were very kind, and I appreciate their support.
