Perfect curated small hotel experience in the heart of Back Bay, Boston's most vibrant lifestyle hub
Pros:

We only had two days and one night to enjoy Boston again for a wedding anniversary/birthday visit, so we requested early check with the hope of getting settled before lunch and museums on a Friday. It worked perfectly and we were delighted with the staff and management, which left us a handwritten note, a bottle of Prosecco and flutes in our room. Perfect location and it made the weekend special.

I don't think I got the emailed copy of the bill/receipt.

Exceptional hotel in a prime location.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location.
Friendly staff with a great atmosphere in the lobby with the lighting and fireplace.
Comfortable beds and the rooms were a good size.

Pros:

Location is perfectly centered for walking to Fenway and/or historical sites. Completely walkable to several restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were well appointed and managed to balance the character of an established building with current technology.

Cons:

Honestly, I can't think of much. I rarely rate all 10's but this spot was worthy!

-50% value for money
We had an electricity problem in the room that took awhile to fix at evening time, no empathy and care no compensation except small plate of 3 chests and few cut of fruit attched photo that we didn't touch. Very embarrassing that this was their offering
Also shower was old and not comfortable

Pros:

I loved the old world charm. We had drinks at the Irving and loved the experience. Also ate dinner at the Willow & Ivy and that was top notch as well.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
