There is a lot of scope for the improvement where the proprietor needs to be involved .
Pros:

The staff at the hotel J M Suites were not at all cooperative .

I had a bad experience at the hotel .

Cons:

The things which I did like is the

1. The employees of the hotel did not respond well and the answer was always negative .

The facilities were not up to the mark .
