While we understand every property has its challenges, there were several areas that need attention. The bed was quite uncomfortable, the shower curtains were worn, dirty and need to change and there is no elevator in the second building, which is important to know before booking.
Unfortunately, the service fell short as well. We experienced inconsistent communication at reception regarding a room transfer, and some of the front desk and housekeeping staff felt unwelcoming and indifferent to our requests. We truly believe that warm, friendly, and reliable service can make up for older facilities, but we did not feel valued as guests. We hope management takes this feedback constructively to improve.

Everything! The Staff was amazing from the front desk , the restaurant personnel and the house keepers were great. Swe Juan Chan and Phyo Ei Moe. Our house keeping staff treated us like family and kept everything in order.
There was nothing about the property that we didn’t like. Everything was great. Good value.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and Bangla Road, making it a great choice for both relaxation and nightlife.
The property is well maintained,
and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with especially good bed and pillows.
Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety.
The rooftop pool is a nice bonus, also they provide beach towels at no extra cost.
The staff are friendly, polite, and always attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and good location. 😉
