It is well built in the space given to it.
The location of the property is extremely bad. There is no hygiene on the road nearby. The property advertises itself as having parking but asked us to pay 19 EUR per day, which is in a dilapidated parking lot, from which getting your car is difficult. The hotel does not provide any cleaning services during stay, and says that you can clean by taking the vacuum cleaner yourself. It does not replace towels and other linen as well, in the name of being environmentally friendly. Finally, the rooms are quite small too. It is best to look at a different hotel in the same budget further from city centre.
Mir hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt gut gefallen; ich war nur zur Zwischenübernachtung auf einer Reise nach Italien dort. Schön war. dass man sich im Foyer an einem Kaffee- und Teeautomat bedienen konnte. Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen sehr erfüllt, das Personal war freundlich.
Very happy with this hotel. The registration staff were extremely helpful. The food around the hotel was mostly Middle Eastern and was wonderful.

Es gab Kaffee, Tee und Wasser for free.
Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof,sowohl zur Innenstadt und zum Augustiner Biergarten war fußläufig ideal.
Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, wenn auch nicht übermässig gross. Für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend. Super leckeres Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Lage gut, keine 10 Min zu Fuss zum Stachus. Parkplatz über Autofahrstuhl erreichbar. Bei grösseren Autos ist viel Geschicklichkeit gefragt.
Man muss wissen, dass bei einem Kurzurlaub keine Zimmerreinigung erfolgt. Wechsel-Handtücher und Kloopapier stehen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Uns hat dies nicht gestört. Das ist aber evtl. nicht für jeden akzeptabel.
Very convenient for the station and easy to get to all the sights. The rooms were well planned, quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent.
