A lovely stay with great service and staff
Pros:

I truly liked how friendly and helpful staff were. Hotel was clean, comfortable, they had fast wifi which was important for my work, bus stop was really close as well and overall had a welcoming atmosphere, which made my stay 100% more enjoyable

Very comfortable
Pros:

Hotel is new, like very much. everything needed right there. There is water, towels, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, slippers, TV, air conditioner, coffee and tea in the room. Girls at reception also always helpful, i ask many questions they answer everything. thank you everyone very much good service!

Ik verbleef er één nacht. De kamer was schoon en het bed lag erg lekker. Een speciale pluim voor het personeel bij de receptie voor de uitstekende service. Ik zal deze plek zeker aanbevelen.

Everything was absolutely top-notch — the cleanliness, comfort, service, and atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Sophie, Bella, Teo, and Mariam, you are the best!

Pros:

I travel for work reason only but i very liked hotel! Store near hotel, salon, pharmacy, evrything near! Restaurant had good georgian food! They give discount to all hotel guest. Conditioner work 100% Service was very polite. If travel for work again, i stay here again!

Excellent stay
Pros:

I was at tbilisi for short time trip for job. Reserved room no breakfast but paid at property, was no problem. Was very tasty. Bed was comfort, clean also restaurant gave me discount. Very happy with service, thank you hotel staff!

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable throughout my stay.

The biggest highlight was Bella at the reception. She is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, and throughout my stay she was always smiling, professional, patient, and eager to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for her. Whether I needed information, assistance, or simply a friendly conversation after a long day, she was always there with a positive attitude.

Bella made me feel more like a valued guest than just another customer, and she played a huge part in making my 11-day stay so pleasant. Employees like her are rare, and she is a real asset to the hotel. Outstanding customer service like hers deserves recognition.

If you’re coming to Tbilisi to study or work at Free University or the Agricultural University, or if you’re planning a longer stay in the city, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
