I was at tbilisi for short time trip for job. Reserved room no breakfast but paid at property, was no problem. Was very tasty. Bed was comfort, clean also restaurant gave me discount. Very happy with service, thank you hotel staff!
I stayed at this hotel for 11 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable throughout my stay.
The biggest highlight was Bella at the reception. She is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, and throughout my stay she was always smiling, professional, patient, and eager to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for her. Whether I needed information, assistance, or simply a friendly conversation after a long day, she was always there with a positive attitude.
Bella made me feel more like a valued guest than just another customer, and she played a huge part in making my 11-day stay so pleasant. Employees like her are rare, and she is a real asset to the hotel. Outstanding customer service like hers deserves recognition.
If you’re coming to Tbilisi to study or work at Free University or the Agricultural University, or if you’re planning a longer stay in the city, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.

Una particolare menzione per la receptionist Sophi che mi ha aiutato a risolvere alcuni problemi, soprattutto accogliendo la mia richiesta di cambio camera a causa del rumore eccessivo che c'era nella prima stanza che mi avevano assegnato.
Sophi , Non solo è stata professionale , ma anche gentilissima e paziente.
Le camere erano pulite anche se un po' datate.
La posizione buona per le mie esigenze, ma lontano dal centro.
C'era parcheggio gratuito all'ingresso.
La struttura ha una insonorizzazione non adeguata, soprattutto considerando che al piano terra c'è il loro ristorante, accessibile anche a clienti esterni.
Non mi avessero concesso il cambio camera, sarebbe stato difficile riposare
