Tesis çok temiz ve konforluydu. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Personel güleryüzlü ve ihtiyaç ola bilecek her şey vardı.

No washing mashine for clothes
Тихий, чистій номер. Гостиница расположена недалеко от Ортак'й. Можно пройтись пешком.
Отсутствие кафе, завтрака. Но в 3хминутах есть кофейня.
The place is quite new and beautifully decorated. Because it is an apartment rather than just a standard hotel room, it makes for a very nice place to hang out. The kitchen is perfect, and the living room is a comfortable space to spend time. The air conditioner works incredibly well, cooling down the room in just two minutes. The bed is soft and comfortable, though it is a bit small—my feet hung slightly off the edge, and I am not a particularly tall person. The staff at the reception are very nice and responsive. Overall, it is a quiet place.
The hotel is well-connected to public transport: it is just a 5-minute walk from a bus stop and a 15-minute walk from the Ortakoy Pier, which offers great ferry connections to major areas in Istanbul.
The bedroom in our apartment did not have a window, and the windows in the living room just faced a wall. The hotel did offer us another apartment downstairs that had a bedroom window, but the view of the wall was even worse in that unit, so we declined the swap. Additionally, the sliding window in the living room was broken and wouldn't lock, though the staff did have it fixed within 2 to 3 days. There was also loud music outside in the evenings, so opening the window for fresh air came at the cost of peace and quiet. The hotel only offers one free bottle of water per day, and there is no option to purchase more on-site. If you need extra water, you have to buy it and bring it back from a local market yourself.
The biggest issue with this hotel is that you cannot see the sky or anything else from the windows in most of the apartments. If you don't mind that, it offers good value for your money.
The staff were really friendly and paid attention to details. The room was clean and spotless.

Truly a wonderful hotel the staff was awesome and the area very very peaceful. If you want to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul this is the place to do it. Just a few blocks away and there are plenty of cafes stores the Promenade for walking by the water which was very nearby. A great place to stay.
I found myself taking taxis everyday to other parts of Istanbul. For me it was too quiet but I am a single man. I would have preferred to be in an area where there were more restaurants and bars next to me but that's only a personal choice it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with this hotel.
В целом чисто и аккуратно. Есть всё необходимое на кухне. По одному комплекту посуды на каждого человека, кастрюля, сковородка, кофемашина, микроволновка. Ежедневная уборка.
Карфур в 10-15 мин ходьбы. есть еще небольшой супермаркет BIM на таком же расстоянии.
Мелочи, на которые можно закрыть глаза, учитывая все плюсы! Но напишу в надежде, что персонал отеля примет меры:
Светлый диванчик в гостиной нашего номера имел много пятен. И, пожалуйста, включите в уборку такое действие, как очистка ёршика для унитаза - он был в остатках туалетной бумаги от предыдущих жильцов((( )

+ Location is really good, including a nice neighbourhood.
+ Rooms were large and spacious.
+ There was a nice kitchen with a nespresso machine.
+ Staff was kind, helpful and friendly.
- Cleanliness could be better. Especially the halls of the hotel were not very clean.
- The facilities are not looked after very well. The closet cover was broken.
- Rooms are not soundproof. Therefore, it can be a little noisy during nights.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. All the reception staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The hotel is very peaceful and makes you feel as if you are at home.
The housekeeping service is excellent, with daily cleaning provided. The price is great considering the quality of service offered.
I hope it always remains this way.

Сотрудники замечательные,и еще плюс в том что забронировали без предоплаты,т.к белорусской картой не получалось оплатить отель в Турции
Уютная терраса,мало людей,очень спокойно
Подготовили трансфер,все прошло хорошо
Единственный минус,что в отеле нет никакого кафе или магазина
