תחזוקת המקום ברמה ירודה מאד. הכל בחדרים שבור ולא מתוחזק. ברז באמבטיה מתנדנד ונותן תחושה של לפני התפרקות. וילונות לא נסגרים. הכל באופן מאולתר מאד. יש חנייה למספר מצומצם ביותר של מכוניות. לא התאפשר לי לחנות בחנייה ונאלצתי להחנות במקום מרוחק יותר. מאד לא נוח.

נהנינו מכל רגע, הניקיון השרות והשדרוג היו מושלמים

יצאנו 2 חברות לחגוג יומולדת, ציינתי את זה בהזמנה ושידרגו לנו את החדר מחדר רגיל לסוויטת גן. הופתענו מאוד ונהננו במקסימום!!!!!

החופשה המושלמת זה אסטרל פאלמה

התארחנו במלון על בסיס חצי פנסיון והייתה לנו חוויה פשוט מצוינת. כבר מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו בחום ובאכפתיות. השירות היה יוצא מן הכלל — הצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי, סבלני וקשוב לכל בקשה, ותמיד הייתה אוזן קשבת ורצון אמיתי לעזור.

ארוחות הבוקר והערב היו טובות מאוד, עם מבחר יפה ואוכל טעים, והאווירה במלון הייתה נעימה ומזמינה לאורך כל השהייה. הרגשנו שעושים הכול כדי שנהנה ונרגיש בנוח.

בסך הכול יצאנו מאוד מרוצים מהחופשה, ובהחלט מדובר במלון שנשמח לחזור אליו שוב וגם להמליץ עליו לאחרים.

מעייף, מאוכזבים, רצינו להינות.
Cons:

חדר ברמת ניקיון ירודה, וגם תחזוקת החדר, ריח של סיגריות במסדרון. במהלך השהייה ביקרנו אינסוף פעמים בקבלה על מספר תלונות- שיערות במגבות, מוט המקלחת היה שבור ונגרם פציעה, ריח של ביוב במקלחת, ריח לא נעים במצעים. מרגישים שהתעייפנו בשהייה הזאת במקום לצבור כוחות לחזרה לשגרה.
