No lo volveria a reservar, en el 2024 viaje a China y reserve y todo super bien, en el 2026 volvi a reservar y todo esta super sucio, lleno de polvo, camas obsoletos, areas comunes sucias, nunca llegaron a limpiar el apartamento, ducha llena de hongo, sanitarios con malos olores, nos quedamos por 15 dias y nunca llegaron a cambiar ropa de cama, la primera noche escribi para que me cambiaran de apartamento ya que el que me habian dado no contaba con camas comodas eran más sabanas que lo grueso del colchón m, olor a humedad en todo el apartamento lleno de polvo, suciedad por todos lados. Las personas que estan en el lobby no saben inglés y cuesta mucho comunicarse con ellos, llegue de noche y me toco esperar mas de 1 hr para que me atendieran ya que habian dos muchachos que trabajan en el hotel durmiendo.

Loft unit - I like the idea.
Pros:

1. Location has great access to metro and to shopping centre, though the location is still not close to the town centre or airport.
2. Wifi and AC are good as they have one for each level of the loft unit.

Cons:

The staff had some unfamiliarity to deal with my visa card payment. Another thing can be improved is to have a room key return box for check out during unstaffed hours (e.g. early morning).

Cons:

Отсутствие СВЧ печи и посуды для приготовления еды. Возможно слишком крутая лестница на второй этаж

Daily housekeeping does not include making of bed and cleaning the floor
Its a serviced apartment with kitchen appliances but without any utensils except cup only.
There is no mirror except 1 in the bathroom
The room smells of cigarettes daily

This is apartment not hotel, Difficult to find the location of this property no sign to identify that is hotel
Not have card access to hotel (Security) need to talk with security guard every time to access the hotel that very uncomfortable

Not worth the money
Pros:

The duplex room space. The location near the canton fair.
Near shopping complex.

Cons:

1)The staff speaks only Chinese no English speaking staffs.
2)The Equipments: the washing machine, the ac remote all is written in chinese to it was very difficult to operate it.
3) Too many mosquitoes inside the room
4) It is an unfinished building so the lift interior was not finished
5) The last day there was maintenance work at the hotel reception so they closed the entrance and we had to go down at parking area to exit.
6) 95 euros / night is too much for this kind of accomodation
