Pros:

This is an excellent place, the building is beautifully decorated, with a mix of traditional Japanese and modern. The spa was amazing, with great facilities. My favorite part, was definitely the library, a quiet traditional space with comfortable puffs where you can read the 24 hours is open. The room was very spacious, and they provide a nice robe you can use to go directly from the room to the spa. The people that worked at the reception were extremely nice and friendly, always with a smile greeting you. I would recommend this place to anyone planing to visit Kyoto.

Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, sala com café gratuito, quarto espaçoso e grande para o padrão do Japão, cama confortável. Atendentes muito educados e atenciosos, me ajudaram a contactar meu hotel em Tokyo para despachar minha mala dias antes da minha chegada lá. Onsen maravilhoso, com amenities, limpo e organizado.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedada num quarto no terreo, e ele ficava próximo a lavanderia e área para fumar, apesar de silencioso e de não entrar cheiro no quarto, ao abrir a porta o cheiro de cigarro logo era percebido. O que não chegou a comprometer a estadia.

一般的なビジホの方がよいかも
Pros:

ロケーションと、町家のラウンジ。スタッフのお兄さんも丁寧でした。

Cons:

海外の方の利用が多いせいか、大浴場の脱衣所の床が濡れてたり、全体的に使い方が悪そうで、細かい所の清掃が行き届くのが難しい様子でした。
またハウスクリーニングの後、ゴミ箱を解体したまま放置してあり、ゴミ袋もかかっておらず謎の状態でした。

Posizione eccellente, staff cortese e disponibile, pulizia della stanza e della struttura ineccepibili e stanza molto bella. La "sala da bagno" è la chicca in più: davvero ben organizzata e spaziosa. molto bella anche la parte del ryocan

Loved the rooms and onsen. The communal rooms were great too. Loved the location.

The location was wonderful

Cons:

There was construction going on right next to the hotel. It was really load. There was no cold plunge in the woman’s bath and the pillows were too hard for us.

Hotel carino, colazione pessima
Pros:

Bella la reception con ambientazione di una tipica casa giapponese. Camera moderna, non molto spaziosa per 3 persone, ma accettabile. Bagno ben organizzato.

Cons:

La colazione. Abbiamo provato sia quella internazionale che la giapponese. Entrambe poco gradevoli in quanto si tratta di box preparate il giorno prima e tirate fuori poco prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti. Cibo freddo, stantio e privo di sapore. Oltre la box (vedere foto) si possono solo avere acqua, caffè e succhi. Sconsiglio vivamente di fare la colazione in hotel.
