Pros:

The location is pretty good, the staffs are very nice. Room was very clean and specious. They kept our luggage also upon request after check out. Very nice experience. Will definitely recommend others.

Cons:

The flush malfunctioned a bit and a curtain and hangers outside the washroom would have been perfect for changing clothes.

Awesome stay
Pros:

We had originally booked a 5-day stay, but due to an emergency, we had to check out early. Since the booking was made through a third-party website, the cancellation and refund process had to be handled externally. However, the front desk staff was extremely kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. He guided us clearly regarding the cancellation request and refund procedure, which truly reflected excellent customer service.

The stay itself was very comfortable — the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Overall, a very pleasant experience despite the unexpected situation.

Modern stay but could be cleaner
Pros:

The room was modern and the bed confortable. The AC also worked very good. Another good thing to mention was the availability of cold water all the time.

Cons:

Two minus points for:
1-The rooms could be more cleaner. There were too much small insects and animals in the room. The floor and the walls were dirty, as no cleaning team was there.

2- The WC was smelling very bad. More specifically the bathroom sink was brown and stinked like it was „shit“ there (sorry for the word), but it smelled very bad.
