Our shuttle hours are 5 AM to 12:30 PM for departures and 4 PM till midnight for arrivals

Free parking is only provided for the nights listed on the booking confirmation.

Cons:

I called front desk before arriving informed them a later check in.,t was noted when I reserve it. Front desk said no problem. Once arriving next day I was charged for the day I didn't stay, then they canceled my last 2days. I paid for next 2 nights next day I had to pay for another night because they claimed I only paid for one night

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!
Pros:

This property did not disappoint! It is one of the cleanest properties I've seen and the mattress was firm. Friendly staff eager to keep customers happy. We were allowed early check-in. We attended a concert at Altruist Amphitheater, and the property was very conveniently located only 14 miles away. When we returned the back entrance was locked as it should be. I felt very safe.

I highly recommend this property!

I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay. I have nothing to complain about. 😁

Needed to be next to the airport & that was accomplished.
Pros:

The front desk lady was amazing both day & night shifts.

Cons:

Felt stuck in room. Didn’t go get dinner - bad area - felt unsafe outside.
