We stayed at Lofts Green Island for three nights and were very happy with our experience. Our room was large, spacious, and comfortable, and the building and facilities seemed quite new.
The location was excellent—only about a five-minute walk from the centre, but far enough away to avoid the noise. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and responsive to all our questions. They also made it easy for us to arrange our transfer from Ilha Grande to Rio. Their staff are truly the best!
We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, as this meant we could enjoy a full day on the island upon arrival. Plates and silverware were also provided for guests who wanted to cook. It would be even better if a few basic condiments were available in the kitchen.
The only downside was that the room was not cleaned daily. Cleaning is only provided on the third day or upon request. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation.
El personal muy atento en todo momento. Tuvimos un imprevisto y nos ayudó mucho. La localización también era céntrica, cerca de los restaurantes.
La limpieza podría ser mejor. Acceder es un poco complicado por la pendiente que hay hasta el alojamiento. No salía agua del todo caliente y el apartamento era frío, no apto para épocas lluviosas y el balcón no aislaba suficiente la luz. A nivel calidad-precio, uno esperaría unas instalaciones un poco más renovadas.

Un peu humide
This is a modern and nice looking apartment with kind staff that will help you out with everything. The location is also very good.
The cleanliness wasn't the best. The floor as well as glasses and shelves in the kitchen were dirty. The towels had orange stains that the owners explained happens because they are washed with water from a waterfall however, it didn't make us feel comfortable to dry ourselves with stained towels. We were on the island in May when the weather got a bit cooler and the air conditioning unit didn't have a heating option, it only blew cold air even when we increased the temperature. The thin sheets on the bed were not enough to keep us warm so I ended up sick. There was a blanket in the wardrobe which we couldn't use as it smelled awfully of dampness which is another issue in this apartment... The dampness was CRAZY! Which is probably an overall issue on the island but our friends stayed in a different complex and didn't have such a problem. It was so damp water was running down the windows, walls, and even our belongings. All our clothes in our suitcase became damp and smelly. Lastly the tap in the toilet was positioned in such a way that it was just splashing water out of the sink on each use.
Location, loft unit and space
Our first unit showed signs of mold due to high humidity, so after the first night this was changed for a better identical one.
Keurig netjes en schoon appartement op een prima locatie op het eiland. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien voor een fijn verblijf. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host.
Appartement was wat vochtig, maar dat kan ook deels aan het klimaat liggen. Verder heeft het geen eigen buitenruimte of zitje buiten om even lekker te zitten.

The staff especially Deborah were wonderful. The loft room was a nice touch but felt too big for a single traveller, I’d stick to smaller rooms if traveling alone. The room cleaning service after 3rd day was very welcome 🙏 all in all a bit expensive for what it is but the whole island is expensive as a whole compared to the mainland, again to be expected though.
It’s in need of a wee spruce up and there are some minor issues with bath room tiling and lights but nothing major. Even though it’s far out from the village you can still hear the music, but it’s not onerous as it normally goes really quiet after 1 or so. Lots of howling dogs for some reason?
A Pousada é nova, com quartos ótimos, bastante espaçosos e com excelente infraestrutura! A equipe da recepção é bastante solícita. Hospedaria-me lá novamente com facilidade.
A Pousada fica um pouco distante da praia, com o trecho final em subida, mas nada que impeça uma caminhada.

Room had a very damp feel, made clothes wet and had condensation around the room. Bedsheets didn’t smell nice at all
