Pros:

Very poor service.. no towels no soap no proper breakfast was provided

Cons:

Didn't like the service.. inspite of asking basic things like towel soap from the time of check in it was not provided.. they gave things at the time of checkout

The hotel should be BLOCKED for good. Its spoiling the reputation of Booking. Com.
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the Hotel at all. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel my entire life. This hotel should be BLACK LISTED and removed by booking.com. Neil Joaquim Correa (8971882910)

Cons:

During check in noticed that pubic hair was all over the bathroom sink and the potty was stained and not cleaned at all when I checked in on 6th April 26. Had to request staff who don't speak English at all for my breakfast which was scheduled from 07:30am. Had to literally beg for my breakfast to be given to me. Hotel staff either from Nepal or from the North not dressed up well and very uncouth and don't converse or speak English at all. The room was infected with plenty of cockroaches as well.

Worst hotel i ever stayed in

Cons:

Room was filled with mosquitos and bugs. Bed was wet and stinky. Curtains and bed had blood stains and marks. Room floor had hair and accumulated dust. Ac had no remote. Tv was dead. Bathroom was hell- shitty bathroom ever

One of the best hotels in andheri with all facilities available. Very well trained staff. Great hospitality. Beautiful ambience. Arjun ji is really nice person. Highly recommendable.
