il ristorante non era aperto agli ospiti che non avevano la mezza pensione; sarebbe stato piacevole poter cenare a la carte

Non capisco come questo hotel abbia soltanto 3 stelle, le portate presentate a cena erano di qualità eccelsa( così come la colazione), nella stessa settimana abbiamo soggiornato in un hotel a 4 stelle e dal punto di vista delle pietanze non c’è proprio paragone.
Il servizio inoltre é attento e cordiale, e il personale è gentile super disponibile.
La camera per essere una comfort ha più dei servizi standard. (Esempio: Ciabattine, tv a schermo piatto con Sky ).
La zona è comoda e vicina al centro per tutti i servizi .

Per il costo pagato non ci sono veramente osservazioni negative da fare , oltre le nostre aspettative

Duży pokój, dobre śniadanie chociaż przydałoby się jakieś warzywo, Bardzo miła Pani recepcjonistka. Lokalizacja blisko centrum.

Cons:

Od strony ulicy czasami trochę głośno. Latem lepiej nie otwierać okna.

Cons:

The ski room could be bigger at 9am when lots of people are leaving for the day it’s a scrum
Also access from the ski room to the front would be helpful
