Pros:

New hotel, quite clean.
Big rooms for good furniture.
Beautiful bathroom, can't be used due to lack of water heater or hot water for bathing.

Cons:

The bathroom lacks hanging rails for towels and clothes.

NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM FOR BATHING. In such a modern hotel, what a pity!
For a room of 3 occupants only one small soap, mini shampoo, and mini bathing liquid was provided. No consideration to the number of occupants and their needs.

No TV in the room, Kettle, Tea / Coffee and cups. No Refrigerator!
Tv in the general leaving room for general use, not convenient at all.

Very poor reception, just a small table and chair, located in a corridor.
No computer or laptop, or printer, just a small list of bookings and a line to sign.

They make you sign a disclaimer '"they are not liable to any valuables loss in their property". This is totally unacceptable.
